Paradise awaits! Escape to this newly renovated and completely refreshed oceanfront retreat for total relaxation and an experience you will cherish forever. Fresh paint and new premium LVP flooring elevate this spacious and sunlit condo. The kitchen, living room and dining area enjoy an open concept with gorgeous and breathtaking ocean views - even while standing at the new kitchen sink! The living room features a new Thomasville sectional with comfortable seating for the entire family, a newly installed 65 inch Roku TV and a designer lighting fixture. The dining area accommodates six for meals and family game night. Step out on the large private balcony to enjoy sunrises over the ocean, dolphins frolicking and tranquil ocean breezes.

There’s more! The spacious primary suite provides unobstructed ocean views from the comfort of the king sized bed. This suite which includes a large picture window, Roku TV, huge walk-in closet, renovated bathroom with brand new walk-in shower finished with herringbone tile walls, new faucets, new toilet and washer/dryer. All bedrooms offer new luxurious mattresses by Novaform and GhostBed, new pillows and all new bedding for exceptional quality sleep.

In addition, the condo features two additional bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. These two bedrooms offer sound views and share a large and completely renovated bathroom with a new tub and shower combo finished with subway tile walls, new faucets, new vanity, new sink, and new toilet.

At the entrance to the condo, there is a private front porch area with beautiful views of the sunset over the sound, a seating area and a drying rack for beach towels. Deliveries such as Instacart and Amazon can be left in the privacy of this front porch area.

• Mail/ Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Please call our office for instructions to have mail/packages sent to the specific beach office for your rental.

The recent updates to this rental were accurate as described in the listing, and the reason I overlooked some prior negative reviews of this rental in deciding to choose this property. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, the rooms were lovely, the views from both the oceanfront balcony and the salt marsh were wonderful. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Nice Condo, Great Location

Really enjoyed the stay, quick access to pool and beach, and nice layout with main bedroom away from other two, nice Flat Screen TV in Family room.

Condo needs updating

Condo need some updating. Decor was outdated but I booked for the fabulous location. Beautiful views in and front and back of the condo. Both bathrooms are terribly old with mold issues in the tubs. Tub faucet fixture was broken but still able to use the shower. Master bedroom mattress is so old that they purchased a pillow top to try to help with correct the super soft mattress due to old springs. Pillow top barely fit the bed!

Loved the location, but condo needs updates. Air vents are rusty, carpets stained and dirty. Almost all the faucets leak and needs repair.

Incredible View

The property was perfect for a weekend beach getaway. The unit was spacious and the beach access was great! Watching the sunrise on the balcony with my family was magical. My family had a great stay.

Great location!

We frequent Wrightsville Beach but this was our first stay at Wrightsville Dunes. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was that unit next door was under renovation but I assume it will be done soon.
