This Apartment was clean well furnished and spacious. We counted and it was 60 paces to the Market Square could not have been in a better location. Plenty of eateries and bars near by, fresh bakery dead opposite, and a small supermarket very close. The only thing you need to be aware of is if you arrive before check in time you cannot get in as it is a code entry system, we were very lucky someone was just coming out and let us in, and then the cleaner contacted vendor for us and we checked in straight away.

Very cold in winter

Everything excellent my second stay here, but this time being winter the apartment was very cold as the heating only works with keycard inseted as a result every evening I had to walk in to freezing cold apartment and it took good few hours for rooma to warm up.

Convenient and clean

It was quiet but yet a near and short walk to the old town. It was also near the tram stop where u can easily travel around to the main bus station or even the mall. There are lots of restaurants and also coffee near the apartment. At the opposite, there is a telecom shop that u can buy a local sim card.

Lovely apartment

This apartment is lovely, the toilet is spacious and comfortable. The washer and drying rack is really helpful for long holidays. The only issue is check-in is a bit difficult, I didn't realise I had to call someone to get instructions and was stuck outside the apartment. As I was travelling, I didn't have a local number to use. It would be really helpful to get an email with detailed instructions and codes.

Beautiful Location - Bad Communication from Mgmt

This location has incorrect information on the website. There is no "Luggage Storage". I was told to leave my luggage out in the hallway at the end of the hall. Therefore not secure and anyone with access to the building had access to my luggage. There is no "24 Hour Front Desk", rather, no front desk at all. The management doesn't check emails and therefore with no international phone, there is no way to get in contact with management if you have issues. The AC did not work in my unit. When I was moved to another unit, the AC didn't work there either. While I was no effected by this, there was no full size refrigerator.

Lovely, good-value apartment in terrific location.

Clean, modern, comfortable apartment in a terrific location. When we arrived, our Apartment (No.1) was unavailable because the previous guests were late checking-out, so we were given No.3 for the first night, then moved to No.1 for the rest of the stay. It wasn't a problem, the two apartments are very similar (No.3 perhaps slightly better?), and Christian handled it all promptly and efficiently. Wi-fi was very good, though range of TV channels was very limited, Polish-speaking only. Very comfortable beds, both apartments. Didn't really use the kitchen, because there are so many good and cheap eateries nearby, but I would caution against 'Cafe Vincent', which is immediately next door. We went for breakfast the first morning and it was OK, but the service was slow and offhand. Out of laziness(!), we went again the next day and service was similarly slow. But much worse was that my partner was served a simple ham omelette which severely upset her stomach for the next 2 or 3 days. (I chose a different breakfast and it was OK) Other than that, there are a number of very similar-looking apartments available to rent nearby, but Gold Apartments were noticeably cheaper when I went to book.
