Welcome to our newly renovated Schirdewan apartment. On a total area of 190 mÂČ you have 5 rooms (4 bedrooms, 1 salon), 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 2 showers, 2 toilets), a huge kitchen and an extra guest toilet. During the renovation, we have put a lot of emphasis on the preservation of the original elements (parquet and wooden floors, wooden windows, original entrance door) as well as modern elements (high-quality ecological linoleum floor in the kitchen, rain shower and ceiling shower, state-of-the-art home entertainment)

Fantastic apartment - don’t hesitate

We have stayed in many apartments for short city breaks, including several times in Poland, but this was the best. Our host was fantastic, meeting us at the apartment and always on hand via the Vrbo app to answer any questions and give advice on what to visit, where to eat and what was going on locally. The apartment will sleep 10 comfortably, and 9 very comfortably, in 3 large double bedrooms, 1 twin room and one “fold-down” bed - a double - in the sitting room. This is not a sofa bed or a poor deal, but a proper bed which folds down out of the wall. There are 2 large bathrooms and an emergency extra toilet and a large kitchen where 8 can fit easily around the table. One of the bedrooms adjoins a terrace, which can easily accommodate 8 people. The property has been beautifully renovated and the rooms are huge. If you have ever experienced some clever photography of an apartment which turns out to be much smaller than it looked on the photos, well this is the opposite! In the sitting room was a projector, meaning cinema style viewing or playing the x-box, which our kids loved. The location was on a fairly main road but was quiet. 2 short stops on the tram (we also walked it several times) and you are right in the action of the centre of Wroclaw. Behind the house was the river, where you can go kayaking or just enjoy a walk. We walked to the zoo in about 20 minutes. For eating out, jump on the tram and go in to the centre. Trams are easy, cheap and frequent. Just book it!

Great apartment for a family stay

Lovely property not far from the centre. Lots of space for two families to chill. We went for Christmas and had a lovely time. The living room is big and has comfy seating for everyone. The projector is a nice touch with a great range of TV channels and gaming for the kids. Property owner was good at communicating and answered questions promptly - all in all would highly recommend

Super schöne Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt in Breslau war sehr angenehm. Der gastfreundliche Vermieter und die schöne Wohnung waren hierbei auch maßgebend. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden. Das Ambiente des modernisierten Altbaus war zauberhaft. Der Check-In verlief entspannt reibungslos und wir wurden sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen. Im Hinterhof waren stets Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind direkt vor der TĂŒr. Durch die neuen Fenster war jedoch keinerlei LĂ€rmbelĂ€stigung. Der zum Hinterhof gerichtete ĂŒberdachte Balkon lĂ€dt zum Verweilen ein. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe aus Franken :-)

Beautiful 3rd floor apartment with lots of room

Nils went above and beyond to answer questions and give advice. Our group of 8 stayed for 8 nights. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathrooms were luxurious! We discovered the Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom on the last day! The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer to wash clothes. We hope to come back to WrocƂaw and stay again one day! The 3 flights of stairs are a workout but it was nice to walk down to the Chinese Restaurant to eat or over to the Beidronka for a few groceries.

Schöne Tage

Die Kommunikation und UnterstĂŒtzung durch den Vermieter war hervorragend! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll saniert, sehr schön und gerĂ€umig. In die Altstadt kommt man problemlos in 20 Minuten zu Fuß, die Straßenbahn hĂ€lt aber auch direkt vor der HaustĂŒr. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

10 Tage Sportevent und Kultur

Die wunderbare Wohnung war bestens geeignet fĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt fĂŒr eine große internationale Sportveranstaltung und das Erleben der kulturellen und europĂ€ischen Geschichte WrocƂaware. Das wir FahrrĂ€der dabei hatten, war eine gute Kombination, WrocƂaw zu erkunden, auch der ÖPNV ist sehr gut nutzbar. Przestronne mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji.

Polecam to mieszkanie i tego gospodarza. Czyste, przestronne mieszkanie z peƂnym wyposaĆŒeniem. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do centrum, miejsca parkingowe przy ulicy (bez problemu zaparkowaliƛmy 3 samochody). Za kamienicą znajduje się Promenada OƂawska - piękna ƛcieĆŒka spacerowa, blisko do parku. Samo mieszkanie jest bardzo przestronne, Ć‚ĂłĆŒka bardzo wygodne, duĆŒa kuchnia oraz salon pozwalają na wygodne spędzanie czasu w większym gronie. W salonie znajduje się rzutnik, ktĂłry peƂni rolę domowego kina oraz centrum rozrywki (xbox). W mieszkaniu znajdują się rĂłwnieĆŒ gry planszowe oraz ksiÄ…ĆŒki i komiksy. KaĆŒdy znajdzie coƛ dla siebie. Polecam gorąco!
