The Space:
Beautiful and cosy studio will be perfect for 2 or 3 persons. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom with a shower and WC. There is also a balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a double bed, a big wardrobe with a mirror, an armchair, coffee table and flat screen TV with Internet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen amenities for cooking and serving meals. You will find thereinduction hob, microwave, toaster as well as basic tableware.

Beautiful neighborhood as well as proximity to the city center makes the apartment perfect for both business and recreation stay. There are also several supermarkets in about 8 min walk and a tram stop in 5 min walk.
