Paringa Beach House, 500m to the beach

Nestled under the tree canopy, this contemporary beach house lies just steps from The Great Ocean Road, offering a symphony of crashing waves as your backdrop. Thoughtfully equipped for family getaways, it comes complete with essentials like a porta-cot, highchair, and an array of toys and games.
Inside, an open-plan layout seamlessly integrates the living room, modern kitchen and a generous dining area for leisurely meals. Spend cosy evenings in by the wood fire or gather around the garden fire pit beneath the stars. Gaze out to the deck, where parrots and koalas often make appearances, and step out to fire up the BBQ for al fresco dining.
Retreat to the master bedroom, where a queen bed awaits alongside a quiet nook overlooking the sea. The ensuite features a spacious walk-in shower while sliding doors grant access to the front deck. Additional bedrooms offer comfort for guests or little ones, with glimpses of the ocean and ample space for rest and play. The main bathroom boasts a bathtub, separate shower and corner laundry.

There is a bus that runs along the Great Ocean Road 2-3 x a day that takes you to Melbourne and back.

Everyone in Wye River is on tank water & septic systems so please be prepared to take special care with your water use.
