Tim was amazing, there was an issue with our room and he made sure it was all sorted out. The rooms were were great value for money and restaurant and bar had great options. Highly recommend, was an enjoyable and relaxing stay😊

We have been staying in Mercure Kooindah Waters for about 5-6 times now. We always chose this place when we visit Central Coast. The 3-bdrm apartment we stayed this time was poorly cleaned. There were sand and dirt on the bed under the blanket. The bathroom smells like someone used it before we entered. Quite a terrible experience this time.

We were really looking forward to a relaxing weekend away, but unfortunately our stay at Mercure Kooindah Waters fell well below expectations. The room was not up to scratch. The lounges were uncomfortable, the TV kept switching on by itself during the night, and the overall setup wasn’t very child-friendly. It would have been appreciated. Across both nights of our stay, the hotel was hosting school formal events, which guests were not informed about prior to arrival. This oversight resulted in us having to navigate groups of intoxicated teenagers, and my partner felt extremely uncomfortable using shared facilities while groups of loud, intoxicated young women were present and behaving rudely. The dining experience was also below expectations. The lamb dish was overcooked and lacked flavour, the prawns were similarly overdone, and the overall standard of the meals did not align with the price point. In contrast, the cocktails were exceptional and were arguably the highlight of our visit. Overall, our stay was marked by multiple disappointments, from room quality and incorrect allocation to a lack of communication regarding large events on-site. Had it been possible, I would have requested a refund, as the experience did not reflect the quality promoted by the hotel.

Breakfast staff needs improvement big time I had to wait 15mins to even pay to get buffet breakfast I then asked the 1 waiter how long for hash browns and butter she said to me it’s coming just wait, then when the food and butter was topped up she didn’t even give me a heads, I also had to go to the bar myself to order coffees the food was all cold and bacon was hard eggs was slimy looked disgusting best thing there was the hash browns and toast, my last stay food was good but it seems the staff have gone worse The best staff they did have was the man a woman who brought our room service and if there was an option to give them a tip on card I would have

Had an excellent stay and were sad to leave. Loved the space ,perfect for a family of 4. The master bedroom in particular was amazing ,so much space and a huge balcony opening out onto the water within the golf club. Was serene and we loved our peaceful breakfasts every day. Everything we needed in the room and more,well furnished. The facilities were excellent and we made full use of the pool,gym,tennis and sauna which felt like a bonus. Staff were always welcoming and helpful whenever we needed to use reception. Easy parking and plenty of room. Would defo stay here again when next in Wyong for sports carnivals

Very pleasant stay

Very pleasant stay. Standard Room was spacious and had a balcony. Decent sized bathroom. The gym was equipped with enough machines and weights to do a basic work out. Great customer service from the staff and were able to extend my check out time which was great.
