The staff was warm welcoming and very helpfull from the 1st day. A special mention for Andy Song at the Concierge, every one spoke good english compare to our very poor mandarin. This made our 4 nights stay in Xian very nice and easy. Our room had a nice calm view

The staff was excellent. The gentleman Will at the front made me feel welcomed and encouraged me to visit Muslim street. The check in ladies continuously smiled and ensured all my needs were met, despite language differences. The kitche staff even reheated my food i purchased from outside. The room was exceptionally clean and cleaned everyday. The cleaning lady smiled all the time. The gym couldve been bigger but it go the job do e.

Very nice hotel

Beautiful hotel, lovely spacious suite in Executive floor . Unfortunately could not really utilise the lounge, as we were not back to the hotel at the right times. Meals and service good in 2 restaurants. Incredibly comprehensive breakfast. The only negative is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable.
