The front desk staff is very nice and friendly. The views are amazing. Our 3rd floor room was not in good shape at all. Stained upholstery on the chairs, paint on bathroom door lifting off. It wasn't dirty but just worn out. Even the carpet wasn't installed properly. It just looked really bad. Walls were dented and had marks all over. It was quiet and the view was nice. Just don't expect much else.

I had two rooms during my stay. The first room developed a water leak in the wall above the bathroom door so I was moved to another room. It was smaller but newer, and quite nice with the window facing the ocean and a comfortable chair to set in as well as a two man table. The bed was comfortable. The view was amazing.

Do not stay here. Expedia and this property were terrible. Expedia displays the room as “pet friendly” and we still had to pay $50 dollars for our two pets. The property let me know that expedia charged us an extra $20 dollars and was very rude about it. The staff was really not friendly, all seemed to have a “im doing my job leave me alone” kind of attitude. When i was confused about the pet fee, for a dedicated pet friendly room, the front desk agent told me “at least you dont have to pay $25 dollars per towel like every other hotel here” We drove ten hours and arrived close to midnight for my girlfriend's birthday. I had asked for there to be flowers and champagne in the room and received zero response. The morning front desk agent showed me they had received my messages but ignored them. The only two drinking glasses were also covered in the last occupants lip sweat still. Do not stay here.

We stayed at the Adobe for the first time and had a mixed experience -- the surrounding areas are beautiful, but the hotel is in need of some serious updating. Pros: - the restaurant views are stunning and we loved getting to watch the waves crashing on the rocks while we ate. - dinner was delicious and we had excellent service - the staff was super friendly and accommodating - the suite is spacious and worked great for our group of 6 Cons: - we stayed in the family suite/102 and it is in pretty rough shape, especially the bathroom. no fan, the shower head popped off when I tried to turn it, the toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet... - there was old coffee left in the coffee maker and the room didn't have any coffee in it, but we were able to get some from the front desk - breakfast was not good unfortunately. "potato crisp" = soggy hashbrowns? over easy eggs were super overcooked. pancakes just meh. Overall we had a good time, but I'm unsure if we'd stay here again. The photos look much more updated than our room, so maybe it's just the family suites that haven't been updated yet?

The Adobe Resort has become a tried and true favorite for a quiet coastal experience. The last time we stayed here was about 4 years ago and we had a wonderful time then. 4 years later, it was an even better experience. I highly recommend booking far enough in advance that you get first pick of the type of room you’d like. We chose the King room with Coastal View and Jetted Tub. The size of the room was great, and the jetted tub looked out over the coast line, with large bay windows that offered a wonderful breeze and the sounds of the ocean all night. The room had everything we needed for our weekend stay, including a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot and coffee, robes for the tub, and a very comfortable bed. Shout out to Ona restaurant in Yachats that delivered a stellar meal also looking out onto the water. We will absolutely be back!

BIG YES!!!

This was the last stop on our long weekend road trip down the Oregon coast and we were all in a hands-down agreement that we saved the best for last! We 1,000% will be coming back in the future. This place had everything all on one place with a huge pool/sauna/Jacuzzi/little kiddo pool, plus a restaurant, bar, & gift shop-roght on the outskirts of the beautiful little town of Yachats! I cannot forget to mention how absolutely awesome it was being right up against the actual ocean and being able to watch the waves crash against the rocky shoreline right outside of our room!! Extra shout-out to Jeff & Candy at the front desk. You guys are Soo amazing and nice and were the little cherry on top ;)

This property is not as advertised. I spent over $300 dollars for one night. The hotel is super old and not worth it. The only good thing were the staff. The lady that checks us in was very friendly.
