Seaside Cottage is nestled in a cove in the quaint village of Yachats. Enjoy the spectacular dance of waves crashing against the rocks, incredible sunsets, and spotting whales and other wildlife, without even leaving the Cottage. Take a stroll and experience locally owned shops and restaurants, a seasonal farmers market, and fun local events in “downtown” Yachats. Walk to explore tide pools and follow the breathtaking 804 trail along the coastline. Drift off to sleep to the sound of waves on the most comfortable beds on the Oregon coast (1 king, 2 Queen). Minutes from Cape Perpetua, with miles of lush forest trails, and equipped with WiFi, cable TV, and DVD player. Seaside Cottage is a charming retreat for those who come to play, explore, or simply be refreshed by the beauty of the Oregon coast.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying in this property. Three of us stayed 6 nights and especially loved the view of the crashing waves. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a box of snacks for us. The beds are comfortable though the king one is so high I had to get a stool from the bathroom to make getting in easier. The lighting in the living room seemed dim, especially at night.

The cottage was as cozy as the weather was stormy - a perfect place to sit and watch the rain and the waves crashing on the rocks beyond the yard. The cottage was stocked with so many games, toys and books. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. The smores kit and Belgian waffle mix were an unexpected treat. Great paths for walking along the coast and the town was charming.

Perfect getaway with a VIEW!

The pictures don't do it justice--this place is a gem with the best view to watch the waves crash on the rocks outside. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house. We have stayed in vacation rentals in six countries and this is one of the best we have seen. We look forward to returning again soon hopefully.
