The hotel caters to both couples and families, with different pool areas allowing everyone to make the most of the area. The rooms were regularly cleaned and well looked after with a sea view room being a highlight of the holiday. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, a particular thanks to Simone for making this trip so memorable.

We had an amazing stay and looking to book again. The hotel and staff were lovely and were always around if needed. The all inclusive package was well worth it only thing they could maybe think about is what food they offer for children pizza gets a little boring after a few days. Look forward to returning again

Just come back from a weeks stay at this hotel, we couldn’t really fault it, all inclusive food really nice something for everyone, local alcohol drinks which we found ok, you can pay extra for premium all inclusive If you prefer premium branded drinks think it was 15 euro pp per Day. 99% of staff really friendly and gave a good service. Children’s pool heated.night time entertainment area abit on the small side.overall for the price we paid we was happy with our stay.

Beautiful. I travel around the world and for the money this hotel is amazing. Cannot recommend it enough, the staff are top class. Ignore previous reviews about no 2 bedroom apartments - don't let this put you off! You will not be dissapointed.

Wonderful stay

We was a family of 7 Apartments next door to each other without asking . Accommodation clean And comfortable Food was good we never went hungry. Staff friendly Bar outside abit cold but it was February. Location good cross the road and-cut down to the sea front . We will definitely be back next year

Lovely last minute stay

We booked very last minute so there was very little choice for family accommodation but overall we had a lovely stay. The price was quite high but that is to be expected for the school holidays though it was a nice surprise for food and drinks to be included. It was nice to have a separate living room to the bedroom and a little patio area at the front. Only downside is that it didn't take our young son long to figure out how to open the front door to get outside! The pool area was really nice, there is a shallow pool which is warmer, ideal for younger kids.

We really liked the hotel. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We went end November and there were only ever a few people around the pool at any one time so sunbeds were never an issue. The terrace outside the room was so nice to sit / lay on, such a bonus. The food was really lovely and fresh with a fish and a meat being cooked as you waited at the cooking station which changes daily. There was a lot of variety at the buffet with different salad choices, lots of vegetables and different meat / fish dishes / paella plus fresh pizza. The dining room was never busy, kept very clean by the waiting staff and we loved the fact we could sit outside at meal times. . The rooms were very large for a couple, yes there was some wear and tear from use but it didnt spoil our holiday at all. The all inclusive drinks were hit and miss, the beer was lovely, the soft drinks & some spirits were branded but most spirits weren't as you would expect, the cava was ok but the other wines were poor in our opinion as it tasted water. All the staff were helpful and lovely throughout our stay. Its a 10-15 mins walk to the lovely beach and coast path but to get to the marina takes at least an hour to walk. We had a car which was great for getting around as Playa Blanca is a spread out resort and the hotel isn't close to many bars or shops etc. We really liked this hotel and would definitely return.

This is not a 4*!!! The food is awful, reused looks like not fresh and quality disgusting. Should not be on site for £s or rating. We travel a few times a year and havs went to many all inclusive with the kids. It was an ok holiday. The cleaners came daily, didnt chenge the sheets just made the beds. The double bed was very small so myself and my husband took the single beds but they were very hard. Took 4 times asking and 3 uncomfortable nights before we finally got the mattress toppers. The entertainment was very poor, very little by the pool and in the evenings at pool bar(only small lounge bar in hotel) it would often finish well before 11pm. Also things like karaoke but waiting for people to come up so no one keeping it going between. Food was ok, similar to some all inclusive but smaller selection. I did see them turning raw chicken then lifting cooked chicken wifh the same utensils which put me off eating it again. Overall it was an ok stay, not our best holiday but not the worst and we got it at a good enough price. I would not put the hotel at 4star, max 3 star.

Fabulous hotel for traveling on a budget, the apartments were large and spacious with ample storage, the location was great and within walking distance to the water park and local beaches. There are a few gripes however. While the food was very tasty and usually always fresh, it was a very small choice and fairly samey, but i enjoyed most dishes, alot of fish dishes on offer but not a huge ammount of meat. Also our shower leaked to the point it flooded the bathroom on a daily basis, the maintenance man came to look and said he fixed it but the same issue occured the following days. The rooms were cleaned daily but on one day we had no toilet rollreplaced and we had to ask reception which was embarrasing. All in all tho a great hotel and good location apart from a few small gripes, the drinks were good and the bar staff friendly and helpfull, the pool was a good size and with great views of montana roja which is also easy walking distance to the summit from the hotel. I would deffinitely reccomme d if you are looking for a good budget hotel with a good location close to playa blanca.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet établissement avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants. L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique! Les chambres sont organisées en bungalows de 2 logements (donc plutôt calme). Elles sont joliment décorées, spacieuses, avec une belle terrasse! Les allées sont somptueusement garnies de végétations locales (dont je suis fan!). La piscine est très jolie aussi et parfaitement entretenue. Le personnel est efficace et souriant. L’hôtel est bien placé, au pied de la magnifique Montana Roja! A pied: 5 minutes de la promenade du bord de mer, 15 minutes de la très jolie plage Flamingo, 10 minutes du parc aquatique Aqua lava... Le buffet est dans l’ensemble tout à fait correct (surtout les petits déjeuners). Les petits bémols: - plats du snack pas bons! - canapé convertible du salon pas très confortable (pour des adultes en tout cas)... - le coin des terrains pas tout à fait bien entretenu... - pas toujours facile de trouver un transat de libre... Mais à 120€ la nuit pour 4, en all inclusive, le rapport qualité/prix est excellent!

Hôtel très accueillant, situé dans un très beau cadre surplombant l'océan, à 5 min à pied de la première plage et au pied d'un petit volcan. 30 min à pied du centre ville par la promenade en bord de mer. Beau jardin à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, calme puisque nous y étions fin janvier. Le buffet est varié, très bon, les chambres très agréables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel.

Excellent séjour

Petite structure, bungalows dispersés dans un magnifique jardin, certaines suites ont une vue sur la mer. Les suites sont confortables bien équipées et très bien décorées. La formule all in est correcte, bon petit déjeuner, les plats des déjeuners et dîners sont assez simples et répétitifs, les cocktails proposés sont trop sucrés une grande partie des cocktails est payante. Côté piscine, une légèrement chauffée mais pas suffisamment. Animation discrète en soirée.
