Beautiful ground floor house with capacity for up to four people in the quiet complex of Aldea de Las Coloradas, in Playa Blanca.

Fully equipped to enjoy a holiday with family or friends, it is distributed in: two bedrooms with single beds, bathroom with bathtub / shower, separate kitchen, spacious living room to relax and a very pleasant terrace with barbecue and overlooking the pool and the sea. .

Fantastic modern apartment in a lovely location around 15-20 minutes coastal walk to the marina. Great view across the pool to the sea. Complex in perfect condition, pool is lovely and we had it to ourselves for hours each day (in August). Hyper Dino only 5 minutes walk. Very quiet complex, no noisy people around the pool. No problems at all, ideally there would be an extra bathroom, but not a big issue, and we never managed to find the iron! Fans work well but you need to leave the windows open (and louvres shut) when hot, so would advise a mosquito plug, only around E4 in Hyperdino.
