Villa Valhalla is a new, stunning, modern villa, ideally located within a 10 minute walk of the exclusive Marina Rubicon, Dorada Beach and Playa Blanca Town Centre. A brand new villa, completed in the Summer of 2021.



Surrounded by traditional Piedra walls, the villa stands in its landscaped grounds, as proud as its name, with a truly unique private pool, 18 meters long, with integrated sun beds to keep you cool whilst you soak up the warm rays of the Lanzarote sun.

Please note: Due to the large amount of glass in the villa, the owners will not accept bookings with children under the age of 14.



The villa was designed to create a feeling of light, space and complete relaxation, with floor to ceiling windows throughout and as such, will only accept guests aged 16 years or over. The spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and living room provide clear views of the sun and pool terraces and the three, well appointed bedrooms, all with en-suites, look out over the pool from the comfort of the beds. There is also an additional annex, apart from the main villa, with shower room, to enable enjoyment of the PlayStation 4, or a Netflix film, without interference. This holiday home provides the perfect setting to appreciate its many amenities, including air conditioning, WIFI, Netflix, Sky, games console and pool table (which is located outside by the barbeque).



INTERIOR

Living/Dining Room:

Viking shield stepping stones outside lead to the side main entrance, which enters into the open plan dining & living room, providing dining for 6 and comfortable lounge seating with all seats having sectional chaise, should everyone want to lay out and enjoy the wall mounted, 70" Cristal HD TV to its fullest, with a Mag box supplying box sets and films, together with terrestrial and Sky channels. A glass coffee table, side unit with USB ports and Bluetooth speaker, complete the package. Large patio door opens out onto the pool and sun terrace.



Kitchen:

The open plan design is extremely modern and fully equipped with twin sinks looking out through a beautiful portrait window, with integral dishwasher, fridge and microwave. There is an island with integrated oven, induction hob and extractor fan, and breakfast bar with seating for three. An open doorway leads to further units with American style fridge/freezer, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and washing machine. Doors lead to a Solana and a cloakroom with WC and wash basin. Large patio door leads out from the kitchen area to the sun terrace with chill out seating for 6.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

A light an airy hallway, with portrait windows providing views of the rear garden area, leads down to the three bedrooms with en-suites. This hallway incorporates large fitted wardrobes and shelves for the master suite.



Bedroom 1

Double doors lead to a spacious master suite with king sized bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, USB ports and air conditioning (coin operated). The open plan design incorporates a large, tiled bath with built in love seats and hand held shower attachment, together with stylish twin wash basins and lighted vanity mirror. En-suite shower room with large walk in shower and WC. Floor to ceiling windows, with vertical blinds, and door to sun and pool terrace.

King sized bed with bedside tables, reading lamps, USB ports, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning (coin operated). Floor to ceiling windows, with vertical blinds, and door to sun and pool terrace. En-suite shower room with large walk in shower, twin wash basins, WC and lighted vanity mirror.

EXTERIOR

Pool:

The landscaped garden and terrace areas feature a unique and stunning, private pool (electrically heated & inclusive 1st October to 31st May), 18m long, incorporating a swimming channel of 11m (depth 1.5 m) and then shallower areas, one of which has two built in sunbeds to relax and remain cool in the heat of the day. Roman steps lead in to the deeper area.

Chill Out and Alfresco Dining with BBQ:

Chill out seating includes two arm chairs, two seater sofa, cushioned stool and coffee table. There are 6 comfortable sunbeds available, together with a large, shaded day bed with cushions.

The shaded alfresco dining area is situated between the main villa and separate TV/Games Room. It provides dining for 6 and is located conveniently close to the Canarian style BBQ. Nearby, is an outside pool table for those who need a little more distraction. Landscaped gardens surround the detached property which is fully enclosed by Piedra walls.



TV and Games Room:

The shaded alfresco area is next to a separate en-suite annex, with wall mounted Smart TV, sound bar, three seater sofa and PlayStation 4, with controllers. A gamer or film buff retreat. En-suite shower room with wash basin and WC. Doors leading to the shaded alfresco dining area and sun terrace.

Location:

Marina Rubicon is the exclusive Marina in Playa Blanca with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities. The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 15 to 20 minute stroll away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.

There is off road parking for 2 vehicles. Standard wheelchair accessible.



Cleaning Service:

Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire.



Prices and Occupancy:

Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge of 210€ per week, except in High Season which is based on up to 6 people.

Perfect location

Lovely villa would highly recommend! The rooms are spacious and the villa is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of fridge space indoor and outdoor, coffee machine, tv with Sky channels, netflix & prime etc. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, Tina was a star! Pool was lovely and warm and regularly cleaned and maintained. Great options for outside seating for dining. Plenty of sunbeds, villa enjoys sunshine all day in a very private plot. Don't worry about the building work it didn't trouble us at all. Location is absolutely perfect! For shopping....It is only a 5 minute walk to the express supermarket in the marina shopping centre and another a couple minutes on at the marina. For the larger initial shop there is the main supermarket only 10 minutes walk away where they kindly call you a taxi to drop you backwith your shopping which only cost 4euro's. For restaurants, the marina is only a 5-10 min walk and playa blanca 15-20 minutes, plenty of choice and also plenty offering free delivery. Ristornte L'artista & Casa Carlos highly recommended. There are fantastic bike lanes & tracks all around the villa to explore. We hired bikes from the local bike shop, Papagayo Bike, who we recommend highly, a brilliant, friendly service! Overall a fantastic, relaxing stay in a lovely, spacious, clean & modern villa, in a prime position with privacy to enjoy the sun all day!

Property is rented to families with older children which is the right thing. Pool is not practical, okay for a dip but not to play in. Walk to marina which is really nice is only 10 min with good flat paths

Fabulous Villa

The villa is stunning, on a huge plot and fantastic location being only 10 mins walk to rubicon marina or 15 mins other direction to playa dorado beach. The villa is behind the new huge hotel which is still under construction but we did not hear any noise from it , the road outside is fairly busy but you can’t see the traffic for the wall around the villa, there is a blue tooth speaker so we had music outside and with the plot being so big you can play your music without disturbing anyone. The villa is very private. We were a family 3x 2 couples and found we all had our own space if we wanted as it is large and very well designed . BBQ area with pool table was great with outdoor table, fridge and a games room. The kitchen very well equipped with all utensils, plates, cups, glasses, everything you could possibly need was there plus an American fridge freezer . A fabulous week in a stunning villa with beautiful pool, we would highly recommend and definitely return, thanks Gary and Tina

Beautiful villa - description needs updating!

Villa was stunning, very clean & lots of well thought out ‘extras’. Communication with Tina the villa manager first class - nothing was too much trouble! Only suggestion would be to update the villa description to include location details, as villa positioned on main road to marina so quite busy and opposite site where new hotels/shops being built. This didn’t spoil our holiday as we travelled during Easter break when quieter & when music playing by pool noise from road not noticed.
