Vista de la Montaña is a newly refurbished 3 bedroom villa.



The detached villa sits on a large corner plot, giving guests complete privacy around the pool area.



There is a beautiful heated infinity pool, and a poolside terrace with sheltered seating areas, a grassy area for sunbathing and a covered outside dining area & BBQ.



The villa has a brand new kitchen with a Dulce Gusto coffee pod machine, microwave.



The villa has free WIFI and all UK TV channels, sports and movies.



The villa has two double bedrooms and a twin; the master bedroom is easily large enough to accommodate a travel cot or put-up bed for a toddler.



There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath, so ideal for families with young children.



There is no aircon but there are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Lanzarote is nearly always breezy: if you open a window at the back of the house and the patio doors at the front, there is a constant breeze through the house that keeps it really nice and cool even in the hottest weather.



The house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, a 15 minute walk / 20 minute stroll from the many bars and restaurants on the seafront. If you don't want to walk, there are plenty of taxis that will take you to or from the seafront in two minutes for about 4 Euros.



Included with all Lanzarote Lates bookings are pool, bath & hand towels and a welcome pack on arrival.

The Welcome Pack includes a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, a carton of orange juice, some tea, coffee and sugar sachets, a packet of biscuits a kitchen cleaning kit and some bathroom toiletries to get you started on your holiday.
