Villa Sol y Mar is a typical Canarian villa. The entrance leads to the
hall, having the kitchen on the left and the living room on the right.
The full equipped kitchen has a table, perfect for breakfasts and
meals. The living room is connected to the dining area. From the living
room, you can access to the bbq area. There are three bedrooms: a
double, a twin and a single. These bedrooms share a family bathroom
with bath. Outside, by the bbq area, there is another family bathroom
with shower. Outside, there is a dining area by the bbq. The pool area
with sunbeds will bring you outstanding views.

Living Room
The living room has a Satellite TV, dining area, comfortable sofas and
Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a granite work top, toaster, coffee maker, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon

or additional cleaning required.

This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Sol y Mar and again it did not disappoint. The location is very quiet and the vista is stunning. The perfect place for a quiet relaxing holiday. A car is essential because there are no shops nearby but Playa Blanca is only about 8 miles away. Will certainly by returning.

LOVELY VILLA, POOL WAS TOO COLD TO ENJOY PROPERLY

Difficulty finding the property as you had to find your own way by using google earth prior to travelling. Then of course by Sat navigation, but the address we were given was 9 Calle....when actually it was number 25, very annoying after a long journey. Overall everything was lovely and we would stay again.

De bonnes vacances

Très bien pour la situation de la Villa et l'accueil réservé par le propriétaire. Je regrette qu'il ait été nécessaire à cette période en raison du vent afin d'avoir une température d'eau convenable pour la piscine de prévoir son chauffage et de payer un supplément. De même, la literie laisse à désirer et n'est pas à la hauteur du standing de la prestation. .

Absolute Entspannung und Ruhe in Traumhafter Lage mit einem sehr schönen Haus

Gleich bei Ankunft wird man von einer schönen Villa mit liebevoll gestalteten Vorgarten Empfangen. Der Mietwagen konnte sicher auf dem Gelände abgestellt werden. Man hat sofort einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer an dem man jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang geniessen kann. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten im freien sind Windgeschützt und man konnte auch am Abend sehr gut draussen sitzen.Das Haus verfügt über einen grossen Pool der beheizt wird. Allerdings wird der Pool nur über Nacht geheizt und das Wasser zirkuliert auch nur Nachts. So waren es am Tag frische 19 grad und in der Nacht wohl 24 grad Wassertemperatur. Nach kurzer Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter der während des gesamten Buchungsvorgang und Aufenthalt immer sehr schnell geantwortet hat, wurde dies Überprüft. Es besteht jederzeit eine Hervorragende Kommunikation, vielen Dank dafür. Es kann sich also überlegt werden ob man in den wärmeren Monaten überhaupt eine Heizung hinzubucht. Wir waren vom Haus, von der Ausstattung, von den Räumlichkeiten fasziniert. Wir glauben man macht keinen Fehler wenn man dieses Haus bucht und würden es selbst auch wieder buchen. Klare Weiterempfehlung, netter und jederzeit erreichbarer Kontakt über Email und Vor Ort. 100% Weiterempfehlung,

Schönes Anwesen mit toller Aussicht!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Anwesen mit einer tollen Aussicht. Was man erwähnen müsste ist, dass die Beheizung des Pools extra bezahlt werden muss. Dies ist aus dem Beschrieb nicht ersichtlich. Auch dass das 2. Badezimmer mit Dusche sich ausserhalb des Hauses befindet, wäre wichtig zu erwähnen. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter und es war sehr kalt. Das Haus besitzt keine Heizung. Allerdings wurde ein kleiner Heizofen bereitgestellt, der aber für das ganze Haus bei weitem nicht gereicht hat. Es müssten mindestens 3 davon verfügbar sein. Wir müssen dazu sagen, dass wir die Heizung des Pools wegen Nichtbenutzung durch das schlechte Wetter nicht bezahlen mussten und auch die Betreuung durch Herrn Gonzales und die Agentur war hervorragend. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können Sol y Mar nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage mit Fernblick auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung war hochwertig und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen Utensilien, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt waren vorhanden. Der beheizte Pool (wir waren täglich schwimmen) war das I-Tüpfelchen. Die Kommunikation führte nach der Buchung die Agentur Agni Travel. Sie arbeitet sehr professionell und war auch jederzeit per E-Mail erreichbar. Erwähnen möchte ich noch den Hausverwalter Gonzales, ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch, Danke!! Jederzeit wieder.

schöne Zeit

Wir hatten im Haus eine sehr schöne Zeit, haben jeden Tag den Pool genossen. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend. Ab und zu bellen zwar Hunde in der Nacht, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. Wir würden dieses Haus sofort wieder mieten. Danke.

Wir waren zum :2, Mal hier. Ein Traumurlaub für Ruhesuchende. Der Service der Agentur ist sehr gut. So meldeten an, dass der Pool zu kühl sei. Gleich am nachsten Tag kam der Besitzer selbst und stellte den Pool optimal ein. Auch bei Wind drauSsen klasse Temperatur. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, das war schon vor 5 Jahren so. Man achtet auf Dauerstandart. Es war wunderschon! Vielen Dank! We were to: 2, time here. A dream vacation for peace seekers. The service of the agency is very good. So reported that the pool was too cool. The next day the owner came and set the pool optimally. Even with wind outside class temperature. The house is very clean, that was already 5 years ago.
