Our lovely 8-acre vineyard and charming 2000 square feet, 2-bedroom guest cottage, are a treasure! Newly remodeled, the 'Grand Suite' will spoil you and your honey rotten! Get ready to relax in the fanciest 'retro' bathroom in town! Enjoy the convenience of having the whole-house to yourself, including a fully stocked kitchen. But who wants to cook when you can.......barbecue outside on the gas grill! Clean up quick so you can romance your honey on the porch... or lay-out on the private deck! Walk the vineyard to witness breath-taking views of Mt. Adams, as the sunsets. Tour Yakima's Premiere Wine Country. Sunland's Cottage is ideal for couples visiting Yakima on a weekend-getaway or a vacation! Conveniently located all within 3-15 minutes from most of Yakima's hotspots! (P.S. if you are allergic to animals, this is NOT your place! The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
MASTER SHOWER: Keep the shower sparkling new by using the squeegee to swipe down the glass after each use. Swipe it, similar to how you would a car’s windshield.
FLOORS: Sweep or dry mop the floors throughout the entire house. (Broom/dry mop can be found in the hallway outside of guest bathroom.
THERMOSTAT: If you adjusted the thermostat beyond its original setting, please return it to back to 62 degrees in winter and 78 degrees for cooling in summer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Housekeeping: There is NO daily housekeeping for weekend stays. Leave the place as clean as you found it, by following our Departure Check List.
SHOES: Shoes must be taken off before entering the cottage. Consider bringing your own pair of slippers. If you forgot, please ask us for a pair.
Pet Policy: pets are permitted for short-term stays only. Written permission is granted after terms are agreed upon. Dogs only.
