Serindipity - 180 Degrees ocean view

This holiday rental has a 180 degrees ocean view and just a short stroll to the lagoon also it has a reef where the kids can swim and be safe and the dog beach . House is 3 bedroom with queen beds and built in robes. Kitchen is equipped with basic essentials.

Webber bbq provided and DVD collection provided too. House is situated on a high location where you can enjoy the view and relax .

Yanchep hotel and Yanchep national park less than 4km . Cervantes only and hours drive and the gorgeous Moore River is just a 30 minute drive away .

House has a pot belly fire for you to enjoy a glass of wine by the fire. The house is casual and relaxing. It's very reasonably priced without breaking the back and is a typical beach shack. BYO towels and wood.

Minimum stay of 2days except for the Christmas period where the minimum stay is 04 nights.

Girls weekend

Great location with a fabulous cafe, Orion, 10 mins walk away. We stayed 2 nights & did not cook at the property but had take away (local Indian, very good) or ate at the wonderful cafe.Teds were comfy, water was hot & for 3 adults the house was rustic but perfect - would stay again. Thank you

All about the view and that's about it

Host was very good to deal with. The property has the most beautiful view of the ocean. It is close to the surf club and a great cafe for breakfast and lunch. The house itself is very run down, the blinds were just roll down which are fraying on the bottom and not block out. You could not get changed in the bedrooms with the light on as they were see-through. The bed linen was clean, and the bed was ok. The bathroom was as clean as could be, but the skirtings were very dirty, there was sand in the shower and ants everywhere. The couch was uncomfortable as the base seems to have seen better days; The kitchen is very old. The air conditioner is in the wall in the kitchen and takes a while to cool the rest of the house, there are only fans in the bedrooms. The garden is overgrown and not accessible. If you just want somewhere to sleep and are not too fussed with modern amenities, then this house will suffice

Location perfect, views absolutely spectacular. No bin bags and a slight problem with ants. Drain in the bathroom vanity need’s unblocking.Other than that the house was neat and clean and would definitely stay there again.

Beach House with Excellent views

True beach house!!.. with Ok ammenities relative to the great price. We enjoyed being able to just relax and enjoy the beaches nearby and amazing views from the balcony. The house is a classic beach house so expect no more and you won't be disappointed.

Lack of amenities and condition is old

Host communication can be better: first unable to receive messages on vrbo not sure why. Did not send information 3 days before check in as stated on vrbo but can't be contacted via wats apps. Had to call Vrbo to reach her and only agree to release information 1 day in advance. read online review clearly to realise that towels are not included, have to request which host assisted. the actual condition of the place is so much older, dinning chairs are old and sunk in, wardrobe has missing nobes, cooker has missing nobs, kettle is rusty, toaster is rusty,bulbs at balcony doesn't work except for 1, clock in the hall has no hands, hammock looks dirty and rusty,toiletries not provided, no hair dryer as well, contacted the host she is willing to bring down but she stays an hour away and I will feel bad asking her to do so. she agree to let us extend our check out but got a last min booking and request we leave at the original time which I understand. the place has no aircon or heating in the rooms so can be cold at night or hot in summer. Host kept saying for the price she don't provide this and that but really just adjust your price a little and make the experience better for travellers. It's hard that basics like towels and toiletries and hair dryer also have to be on request. BBQ pit has to bring out and keep if you use and if not cleaned properly additional cleaning fees. I didn't bother. The view is the only thing that looks like the photo and the beds looks new. wont book

There was a beautiful view of yanchep lagoon. The rooms were nice and spacious and the living areas were nicely decorated and comfortable. Our kids loved the space. It would be an amazing place to stay in summer and spring.

Such a beautiful ocean view from the living area and deck. Bedrooms/Bathroom clean, beds are comfy. We were told that the fire glass was broken a day before check in so check this is working if you're after a nice food fire. We were also told the day of check in that towels were not provided, we had guests that didn't have them so did have to use a couple from the linen cupboard sorry. Also the lights at the front of the deck don't work, and kitchen and back bedroom windows don't open, the frame is coming away from the glass. Didn't affect our stay as it's getting cold but Summer would be very hot. Very steep driveway would not be good for elderly either. Would be good if there was a chopping board in the kitchen. Lovely little getaway.
