La première chambre que l on nous a donné était très triste et sans fenêtre. Nous l avons signalé et le personnel très gentil nous en a donné une autre avec fenêtre.

très bien situé pour visiter Yangoon.

Pour : propreté et disponibilité des emplyés
Contre : Un peu plus de fruits au petit déjeuner , le Café.
Emplacement : vieux Yangoon et quartier chinois
Dans le quartier chinois, près de l'action. La réceptionniste Phyu Phyu, disponible et fiable d'une grande capacité d'aide . (Perte de bagages par transporteur). Pas évident de discuter en birman avec la compagnie aérienne. Le gérant est présent et compense pour quelquefois le manque de vocabulaire anglais des employés. Ambiance familiale. Lit d'un bon confort et chambre et aires communes très propres.

Chambre correcte avec clim qui fonctionne bien et lit confortable. Personnel très souriant et serviable.
Il faut plutôt choisir le petit déjeuner asiatique car le petit dej européen n'est pas très bon (café à éviter!)

they are having standard room like rats box, no windows. When I asked for room with windows, they try to charge me extra 10$, finally I pay 5$ overcharge. Avoid at any cost, around are plenty of similar hotels with lower prices.

Dear Sir,
Please do not provide the incorrect information on the review. We have a standard room with window that we show it to you but you did not like it and give us hard time to get the superior room to upgrade free. We provide all the information on Expedia.com. In addition, we said we can refund the money if you did not like it. We did not charge any extra charge from customer. You should know that if you upgrade a room, you have to pay the extra fee. Also, we give you discount for $5 but you did not appreciate it. Have a nice day.

Publié le 19 mai 2019 sur HotelsI arrived in Yangon very late at night. when I arrived at the hotel they were waiting for me. they speak very little English but they know what to do. the room I had booked was clean and even had drinking water ready for me. I found the window was a little too small so I upgraded to a room with a balcony, the upgrade cost me very little and the staff helped me move. overall this is a great hotel which makes it very well is the staff, they are always there and willing to help and answer any question. planning to go back to Yangon next November and I will definitely book a room at this hotel.

Ive stayed here about 3 times over the years but I probably wont stay again , not sure if its new owners or something else , it just was nt as great as in the past . It is a handy walk to everything , a balcony room is great value as you get a chance to sit a watch Yangon life stroll past .
