Large lake front 3,600 sq. ft. 6 bedroom / 5 bathroom house with 3 public areas including game room - perfect for family gatherings and fishing trips. 1.5 acres of lake front property with private boat ramp, 2 boat lifts in boat house and 2nd floor boat house patio right on lake. Sleeps 16 with 5 newly remodeled full bathrooms. Please ask about late checkout on Sundays to maximize weekend stays. Pets welcome and pet fee charged separately. Recently upgraded to fiber internet / wifi. Groups are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 6 bedroom / 5 bath lake house with large game room and 3 living areas that are ideal for large groups. 90 minutes drive from Dallas area. The 1.5 acres of lake front property has a dedicated private boat slip - guests can bring boats with space for boat trailers and trucks. 2nd level of boat house ideal for relaxing and enjoying views of the lake and fishing. 1 bay available in enclosed boat house to dock boat when not in use or overnight. Game room with ping pong, darts, foosball, corn hole and outdoor putting green will cater to those who are looking to be active. Expansive kitchen and fully stocked with everything your group will need. 3 bedrooms have king sized beds with additional bedrooms with queen bed, full beds and bunk beds. Access to 2 of the upstairs bedrooms is through the Jack and Jill bathrooms of the other upstairs bedrooms. Large deck at rear of the house with expansive view of the lake. Outdoor dining table, seating, and fire pit. Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions around lake fork and in nearby Sulphur Springs. Please ask about late checkout options and charges. Will accommodate based on availability. Entire house and property including boat house with 2nd floor balcony and 2 bays in boat house both with boat lift available for guests. Available by phone and email during your stay. Property is on Lake Fork in a quiet area. Lake Fork is one of the premier trophy bass fishing lakes in the world - holds 15 of the top 20 Texas State Record Largemouth Bass ever caught. Several marinas offer boat rental. Sulphur Springs is 15 min drive from the house and offers restaurants, antique shopping and variety of other stores and activities. Canton is 45 min drive from the property and has a great antique market and antique shopping. 40 min. drive to Cooper Lake State Park. Car recommended. 5 min drive to Yantis. 20 min drive to Sulphur Springs. 90 min drive to Dallas.

Pet-friendly. Ton of parking. Comfortable beds. Aging but still nice dock with 2nd story covered deck. Awesome sunrises! Large yard and patio, multiple seating areas outside, enjoyed a family football game. Good kitchen. Cool game room with shuffleboard, ping pong and darts. Multiple TV's and secluded sitting areas inside. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

We loved this property. It was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 10. The boat dock was awesome for our guys to park the boat. Over all we had a great time and would stay here again.
