Great stay, great place!

We stayed for a week. Service excellent, got new towels etc when we needed. Breakfast bar excellent and service desk personnel were polite, Courteous and helpful!

We stayed here for 1 night so we could catch the CAT Ferry back to Bar Harbor early the next day. The Inn was very convenient in its location in regards to the highway and also to the downtown area and the Ferry. They do have a nice included breakfast that we liked. The girl in charge of the breakfast was very attentive and did a nice job. Also the woman who checked us in was very helpful in showing us a map of how to get to the ferry,

The main issue with this property is that the air conditioner cycles on and off every 10 minutes and on all the rooms surrounding our room. We complained to the front test and we were going informed to place the fan on low and that would help…..it did not. We got no sleep due to the air conditioner noise.

We stayed an extra night due to the car ferry cancelling our return trip back to Maine. I booked the extra night through hotels.com but could only get a room with a queen size bed. We were in a room with two double beds. We needed two beds due to my upcoming hip replacement surgery. The staff member went above and beyond to make sure we could stay in the room we were already in. Top notch service!!!

Convenient to the ferry The wheelchair ramp at the entrance is the width of the door. Stepping out with 3 water bottles, I hit the edge of the ramp, twisting my ankle, falling, hurting my wrist and scraping my knees

If you need a bed and fair breakfast this is what you need. Basics are all there. Not a spa. Not spa prices. Staff was great and bed was comfortable. Nuff said.

Great hotel! Positives: location-close to The CAT ferry loading area, clean, quiet, comfortable bed, nice shower, free breakfast with a variety of items…hot cooked or grab and go, wonderful service at the front desk and in the cafe for breakfast, helpful staff Negative: no elevator so if there are no vacancies on the first floor, it’s a little hike upstairs (only 2 floors)…the staff member at the front desk did ask if we needed assistance with our luggage which was considerate of him

No elevator. Couldn’t find a wifi password. No end table on my side of bed. Very inconvenient for clock, glasses, water bottle. There’s a closet there which makes getting in and out of bed awkward. Won’t stay here again.
