Clean, quiet one bedroom apartment. All new furniture. Fully equipped kitchen. Queen size bed and single cot (if needed). Deck with bbq and sitting area. Bathroom with full tub and shower. All original artwork on the walls, TV with cable, Wifi. Air conditioned. Within walking distance of downtown and local restaurants. Parking,. 2.5 minute drive from the Ferry. Owners on site (upstairs) for any questions or concerns.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Our Second Stay at the Nautical. Absolutely "Love.Love" this place. So very handy to beautiful beaches and fishing wharves. So much to see. We love the area. Thank you, Frank. We will definately be back!

Lovely property! Have stayed at one of Franks spots last year and found it to be wonderful. Agreed that we would seek him out for our next stay in Yarmouth and weren’t disappointed.

Awesome Space

I travel a lot for work and hotels can be depressing. This space offers a true home away from home atmosphere. Clean, quiet, affordable, and easily accessible. This will be the first place I check for availability when I’m in this area.

Lovely gem in Yarmouth

This apartment is well maintained. Clean, bright and fresh. Frank has placed all the necessities needed for your stay. Bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect - a short drive to the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again.

Sweet Nautical

The accommodations were beyond our expectations. Everything so clean and beautiful decor. So close in proximity to downtown, beaches, and day trips. Our host, Frank, was so welcoming and always ready for a chat. Yarmouth is calling us back already, so is the Nautical.
