Clean, quiet one bedroom apartment. All new furniture. Fully equipped kitchen. Queen size bed and single cot (if needed). Deck with bbq and sitting area. Bathroom with full tub and shower. All original artwork on the walls, TV with cable, Wifi. Air conditioned. Within walking distance of downtown and local restaurants. Parking,. 2.5 minute drive from the Ferry. Owners on site (upstairs) for any questions or concerns.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

We like to read at night and found the bed configuration awkward for this. Also, the one light in the living area was not sufficient for TV viewing. Yes, you have the overhead lights but they should be on a dimmer switch. Also, the bathroom could use some hooks to hang up wet towels.We once had a B&B and I found staying overnight in our rooms let me get a feel for the comfort of my future guests.Marie Danielsen

Working town

Yarmouth is not really a tourist destination and Water St just behind the accomodation is full of derelict fish factories. We came on bikes and thought to ride the rail trail but it is rutted and basically an ATV trail. The lighthouse is spectacular and there are lovely historical houses. Good fishing museum. Nice Italian restaurant almost next door.

Our Second Stay at the Nautical. Absolutely "Love.Love" this place. So very handy to beautiful beaches and fishing wharves. So much to see. We love the area. Thank you, Frank. We will definately be back!

This was a perfect property for one person or a couple. very clean and quiet in a great location, close to parks, walking trails, places to see and restaurants and shopping. Frank was a great host, helpful with the check in and suggestions for places to visit!

Amazing Stay

Awesome Space
