Beautifully updated, the open interior features flexible sleeping space and a sparkling full kitchen. Grill up the local catch on the back patio while the kids play on the grassy lawn. In cooler seasons, bask in the warm ambience of the wood-burning fireplace.

LIVING AREA

Make yourself at home in the lovely living area, featuring an elegant bay window, a wood-burning fireplace, and a cable TV.

Gather in the den around the large smart TV or play cards at the game table. A twin bed with a trundle offers flexible sleeping space.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create delicious meals in the bright kitchen, outfitted with expansive counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Dine at the table for four or pull up to the two-person kitchen bar.

BED & BATH

This two-level home accommodates five guests between two bedrooms and the den.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite, appointed with a queen bed and a smart TV with Amazon Fire. The en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A twin bed with a trundle in the den offers additional sleeping space.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Fire up the gas grill and cook up dinner on the back patio. The wooded backyard offers plenty of space for the kids to play. An outdoor shower provides added convenience.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. A kayak and two beach chairs are also provided in this rental.

Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis (spring, summer, and fall only).

Pick up morning coffee or the famous pizza at Peterson’s Market, a quick walk right out your back door. Then head to Main Street to peruse authentic New England shops and boutiques.

Admire sunsets above the scenic salt marshes or use the provided kayak at Gray’s Beach. Beautiful sand and views await at popular Mayflower Beach -- one of the most unique shorelines on Cape Cod Bay. Hit the links at Kings Way Golf Club. Explore a section of the Cape Cod Rail Trail or bike the entire 25.5 miles.

End the day with a hearty meal and a crisp drink at Oliver’s & Planck’s Tavern, just a 5-minute walk through the path beyond the backyard.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great stay - super close to our Thanksgiving festivities and to beach. The house was great and welcoming. The host left us a welcome basket which we thought was so kind. The best things that I look for in a stay is super comfortable beds and water pressure for the shower and this rental has both ! Thanks !

Needed a place near Dennis to stay for a few nights while they sanded our floors at home. This house worked fine. Vacasa did a nice job making the stay smooth and efficient. The house was clean when we arrived, kitchen was well equipped. Good value.

Lovely home, but it wasn't ready for us

The Keurig and washer couldn't be used, and the fireplace needed wood. Communication with managing group was robotic and unhelpful.

Weekend getaway

Quite little home in a private neighborhood. DOG FRIENDLY! We brought our dog to CC for the first time and this property was welcoming of him. Great backyard for kids and lots of games for them as well!

Hosting by Vacasa is terrible

My stay was horrible. I arrived to find out the outside furniture was damaged and swapped out and not as pictured. We had a problem with water under the flooring and the management service failed to help me address having to relocate. I would never use vrbo again

Friends' reunion

Very nice centrally located home with comfortable beds, new/newer appliances with what looks like all anyone would need for a nice stay, unfortunately it was cold during our stay so we couldn't take advantage of the well-appointed back yard. There were a few issues with only one that really affected us. The shower handle in the main bathroom would turn on its own and become quite hot. These didn't bother us, the sprinkler along the driveway didn't shut off so you had to work your way around it, or you'd get wet. The basement was cold, luckily, we didn't need use it. (Probably would feel really good in the summer.) Overall, we enjoyed this property and would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect Spot For Our Stay

The home was clean and spacious for our family. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close. Access to a beach was within minutes. The back yard was a perfect spot for hanging out in nice weather. The ONLY negative thing was that there was no heat in the basement where my son wanted to sleep. A space heater would have been a nice addition. But that’s not enough really to complain about. It wasn’t freezing down there.

Cute coastal house

The house was as pictured, great location in a quiet neighborhood. FYI - there is no tea kettle in the kitchen but it’s pretty well stocked besides that. Backyard is lovely and well suited for my small dog.

This adorable Cape rental was perfect for a week long summer vacation with family (7 and 4 year old). The house appeared to be updated recently and the neighborhood was perfect for a family staying. Our only issue was mildew found on 2 of the inside AC units. Once we discovered this and alerted the property manager they did have some one out in 1-2 days to clean it.

Fantastic family getaway

We love this house! It is clean and nicely decorated. It has all the essentials for cooking family meals. Washer and Dryer are new. Everything has purpose and is in its place. A working fireplace is great for a cold day. The beds are very comfortable. Finished basement with a huge screen TV and board games provides additional living/play space. There are also two additional single beds in the basement. The backyard has tree-line that provides privacy. It was a cold winter month when we visited so we didn’t get to enjoy outdoor much. I imagine it will be so nice to utilize the space in the summer. A good seafood restaurant is 5 mins drive away. About 10 mins walk. There was a snow storm two days before our departure. To our surprise, the maintenance crews came by to clear our drive way and walk way!! That was wonderful! Unlike other properties these days, all that we were asked to do before leaving is loading the dishwasher. To sum it up, we enjoy our stay and like the house so much that we will be back!
