We had a really nice week and except for the two king beds and dining room table and chairs found it comfortable for our needs. The furnishings are a bit spartan compared to other homes we’ve rented over the years. Two ac splits didn’t work and one remote for them was missing in living room area. Fabulous location

Check in was easy property was as described. The house wasvery comfortable kitchen could use some new pans. The downstairs bathroom was nice but the standup shower was 24 x 24. The house location is extremely quiet. Just 3 tents of a mile off route 6a. I would definitely recommend this property for a family off the beaten path but not far from the best beaches in the Cape.

Wonderful Stay

We were in town for a week-end wedding on the Cape and needed a place for our family to stay. Beautiful setting. Clean. Spacious and welcoming. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Lovely home

Enjoyed our stay here in early August. House was very clean upon arrival. Linens/bedding were soft and beds comfortable. House is spacious overall. Downstairs bathroom has a very small stall shower but upstairs shower is fine. Kitchen is dated but fully stocked. House has no real backyard space but we knew that based on listing. Large front yard. Could use more lighting in sitting room. Wall unit ACs kept the home cool and comfortable. Every room had hampers and luggage stands and some nice extras throughout the home like books, games, etc. Area is great for easy access to Dennis, Dennisport and 10 minutes from beaches and restaurants/shops/rail trail. Only thing missing was a book with info/local recs and a notepad/pen. Everything is available online, but I still prefer pen and paper. Would recommend staying here if you like the Dennis area.

Perfect vacation Home

A great vacation home in a very quiet and tranquil neighborhood (down the street from a farm with animals to visit!). Right off of 6A and very accessible to all you need and want. Well stocked home, plenty of room for 6 people with two tv areas to enjoy.
