Parkins Fairway is a stunning modern home situated in Silverwoods Estate home of Black Bull Golf Course Yarrawonga

It is the perfect location for a golf trips, with the 18 Hole Black Bull Golf Course within walking distance from your front door. Also minutes away is the famous Yarrawonga Golf Course. For families wanting to enjoy the water sports on Lake Mulwala, the lake is only 350mts away, with several boat ramps within a few minutes drive.

Parkins Fairway can sleep up to 12 people. It is immaculately presented throughout and consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one a with bath), 2 toilets, 2 living areas and a rumpus room. Also features ducted evaporative air-conditioning and ducted heating in all rooms.

Fully furnished with quality bedding, linen and towels supplied ,large screen TVs, DVD players, Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped and has dishwasher and full size fridge.

Enjoy the beautifully presented yard and alfresco with BBQ, mounted TV and patio heater. Play a game of billiards or take a short stroll around the Chinamen’s Island walking track and Yacht Club foreshore.

The property was perfect for us. It had everything you could need and the welcome goodies were very much appreciated. Tracey answered my calls promptly and was very helpful. Could not fault our stay here. Just wish my golf was as good as the property.

Amazing getaway, perfect location

We were a large group and the house was perfect for us. The whole house was beautifully laid out and the kids loved the bunk beds. Even though it rained for a fair bit, there was lots to occupy all the kids whose ages were from 2-11. The location is perfect to so many things. Tracey is such a lovely host. She went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Family catch up

My 85 year old mother, 2 sisters, niece and great nieces had two nights here. Was fantastic from the welcome pack on arrival to the comfortable beds we have n complaints. Just wish we had more time. House was extremely comfortable, child friendly and very relaxed. Tracey was extremely helpful and we all enjoyed our stay.

Family Weekend Away.

Beautiful large house with everything you may possibly need for a comfortable homely stay. Spacious bedrooms and living areas. Perfect for a family of 7 adults and 2 little ones. Very rare to find accommodation with four queen size beds as well as single beds. Excellent communication with home owner. Very accommodating with a few extra needs that were requested. Highly recommend.
