Stayed for 1 night for a short layover overall was a great stay. Very close to the airport if you needed a quick layover spot or staying for a short period. Taxi from airport and hotel was pretty affordable only thing is they don’t take other currency of money that wasn’t dirhams but did take debit cards and maybe credit cards.The staff were very friendly and approachable. Was able to check in early. They offered a shuttle pick up to go to mall, YAS beach, and a few amusement parks.Got recommended food option for dinner that was walking distance cross the street which was a great very good buffet and affordable! When checking out they told us to sit and relax while they called a taxi for us. The only thing I wish was better was contacting them via phone. Kept getting switch to different lines/being on hold and after a while phone call would hang up. So that was kinda frustrating when to confirm booking but when arriving to hotel no issues pretty smooth process. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Concierge entire Team was Awesome. Patrick, Dhil & Ravi was very Helpful and provided me great Customer Service. Housekeeping did an Excellent Cleaning and I really liked it. Eventhough I would love to give 10/10 for everything but unfortunately I am unable to give this rating because the Entire Front Desk Team was Not Welcoming and Helpful. All the Front Desk staff was busy playing in the Internet and avoiding Guests who come or pass the Front Desk as much as possible. Sajid from Front Desk and Nikilraj(not sure his correct spelling for his name) from restaurant made me feel very uncomfortable, not welcoming and wanted to rush me when I went for some enquires. Special Breakfast pricing offer that they sent me over email was not honoured during my Check-In and I felt it was False Promotion and Advertising. Shower Water Pressure in the room was very low and slow. I would love to stay here again only because of Excellent Concierge and Housekeeping Team.

Bar / waiting staff / lifeguard's around the pool were excellent, helpful and very very friendly. They made the holiday an exceptional experience

The staff is very nice and polite. They are very helpful. Food is very good. I just saw one cockroach near the coffee machine in the breakfast area on the ground floor. Other than that i did not find any issues. The food is fresh and hot all the time.
