I stayed twice at the apartments. I had two different rooms. First one was better than the second, but it was a place to sleep so I was comfortable. Few minute walk to Republic Square, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Yerevan is walkable and safe, this is perfect for what you need. The challenge is not having a concierge but you can get by if your flights are at reasonable times. They were good with communication via WhatsApp. Arranged cars to and from airport. Apartment has all amenities that you need including a washing machine, iron and hair dryers.

Pros: centrally located as advertised. All restaurants and supermarkets close by. Cons: No reception desk or anyone to receive on arrival. Everything has to be done over the phone or pre registration which they insist on. I arrive at the airport and I receive a sms from them if I am sure my reservation was confirmed. I had to WhatsApp my passport copy for them to release the code to get the keys from the box. Make sure you are having roaming or buy a sim at the airport. We arrived at the check in time at 2pm and the apartment was not ready. We went out and by the time we were back the apartment was clean. The view from our apartment was an eyesore. Make sure you insist on a room with a good view. It’s called a hotel apartment but all hotel amenities were of substandard quality. Had to call and request for everything everyday. Calls are answered promptly but they cannot be of any help because after 5pm housekeeping staff has left. Knowing that we were staying there for 7 days they could have stocked basic amenities or given standing instructions to housekeeping to replenish everyday. No instructions on what’s provided or not provided inside the apartment. We ran out of the one toilet roll they provided and they could not replenish…they advised us to buy from the supermarket as housekeeping was not responding to their calls. The call center responds and speak English but housekeeping and elsewhere no one speaks in English. Use google translate.

The apartment location is different from where it appears on Expedia. You get the location only after you message you passport details The cleaning was trying to access the apartment at 9:30 am although the check out time is 12 am. The second attempt was at 10:30. After that at 11:30 new guests tried to access the apartment. There is no luggage storage. Don’t believe to what you see in the description. The bathroom condition is bad. The location is very good and the room is good. The cleaning ladies should respect the privacy of the guest and to come until they know that the guests checked out.
