This would be a perfect score if the internet was working. I needed it to plan the next leg of my trip and had to go to the mall for the internet. They paid for my taxi to my next destination though (bus station). That was quite nice. The staff is friendly; the room very clean although i do not require daily cleaning, they offer it.

Great staff,great loc,many foods nearby at night,and the one i didnt like it was the hot water wasnt availabe,even though ive waited for more than 10 minutes.anyway this property is one of a great place to stay in yogyakarta.

Zeer slecht

Zeer slechte hotel. Toilet kon niet geflushed worden. Gordijnen zijn kapot. Er lag een open veiligheidsspeld op het bed. Zeer slordig. Wormen in de badkamer aanwezig. Kapotte plafond. Geen handdoeken klaargelegd. Personeel gaat slordig om met de veiligheid van onze spullen. Kamer lag gewoon open terwijl onze koffers in kamers waren. Ik heb absoluut geen goed woord voor dit hotel.

You get what you pay for? This was a budget hotel

The hotel was old (like myself according to guide Lee Lee !!!! - phonetic pronunciation). Whilst it needs upgrading I feel that it could have been cleaned properly, especially the bathroom area and mirrors. Also the bed linen was stained. However two staff in particular stand out for me for their courtesy and professionalism - Rachel on reception and Ahmed, my driver for the day. Rachel took me to the Mall on the first night of my arrival so that I could purchase food. She was very respectful at all times. When I arrived at the hotel, it was dark and the traffic was crazy so I appreciated her help. The hotel is in need of refurbishment but was value for money none the less. It was also well located for my visits to Borobudur and Prambanan temples.
