Good facilities, newer and in a good location near Yokohama Bayside, so a lot to do nearby. Room was clean, everything you need. Not luxurious of course, but good for type of room.

The whole hotel was spotless. Room was small but comfortable and clean. The hotel for some reason turned A/C off. Heat only. Our room was a little warm. Windows locked closed.

Great value! Luggage check in was easy with QR code. Super convenient. Realized there was a free onsen late night. Grabbed instant noodles at 24 hour family mart to satisfy craving! Central to everything! Highly recommend!

Room was extremely clean and matched pictures on Expedia’s website. Security had card in required for each floor. Check in was fast due to many available counters and machine assisted with check in with many languages. Check out was fast, only needing to drop off card into check-out boxes by elevators. Hotel is close by to minato Mirai and the station, making it a confident location.
