The rooms were clean, staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel is close to the train station which makes it very convenient for traveling around the Tokyo area, and it’s close to some pretty nice dining areas. Overall a great place to stay during any short/long term stays in Japan.

I would like to let you know that there is an unpleasant smell coming from the carpet in my room. Apart from that, I would like to express my appreciation to the housekeeping staff — the room is always cleaned very neatly every day. The front desk staff are also very polite and helpful, which makes the stay even more pleasant. I also appreciate the hotel’s convenient location. The parking facilities are excellent, and there are many shops and malls nearby, which is very convenient for guests.

The staff was very professional and courteous. The room was comfortable and the location was great. The only thing I couldn't understand was why the housekeeping staff did not remove the used bath towels when they came to clean the room. The towels were hanging on the provided towel rack.

Staff were magnificent. So helpful and friendly. One point to add - The DALI speakers in the hotel reception playing great music is a top quality choice and more hotels should use them.
