The staff were always friendly and accommodating, they do their best to help you. Kawasaki station is a very short walk, multiple konbini stores in every direction. The rooms are very clean and get serviced every 3 days. I felt safe leaving my valuables in the room, I had basically left cash laying around every day and it was always untouched. The hotel is located very close to Haneda Airport so it makes arrival and check-out very seamless. For 3000 JPY, you can do a late check out at 2pm. This worked in our favor because we had a 5pm flight and the late check out was worth every penny! Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close enough to Tokyo but away from the bustling crowd.

Big disappointment

Big disappointment!!!! I am coming to this hotel for two years with group of 10-26 people and when I ask for my room at 2 pm front desk tells me that my room and all others are not ready but will be ready at 3 pm. They donโ€™t understand that people are tired after long 14-18 h flights and they donโ€™t have respect even to somebody whoโ€™s bring them a business coming with large group for 4 nights stay. Time to think snd find other place where they respect people.

The room was clean, the staff was kind and quick, but the air conditioning made me unable to sleep. The AC has glaring lights that nullify the black out curtains, and it wonโ€™t stay on for more than 30-45 minutes, forcing you to get up every hour from the heat. Everything about this hotel was great except the sleep aspect, which is arguably the main reason you book a hotel. Iโ€™d give this property a B/B- at best.

Check in is very smooth,the staff are very polite and speak good English! The room is very clean and spacious with refrigerator, and is able to adjust room temperature which is great! Very central location,very convenient for shopping and dinning! A very good amount of amenities which we very appreciate! The hotel store our mutiple luggages before check in time. The water was very strong at shower room, we love it! The blinds has very good light blocking, we were able to sleep in. And the room is very quiet as well! The price of room is very reasonable!Honestly we don't have anything to complaint about!Great 1st day stay! 100% recommended! Thank you very much!

Convenient and economical hotel

This is my second stay. It is close to Hanakata Airport and convenient for traveling to various tourist attractions by rail. There are many shopping malls and restaurants near the station.
