There is very little English spoken but those who could were helpful. My biggest disappointment was when you check out at 11am there were no taxis outside or queue line. There were people like myself waiting and others just jumped ahead to try and take our taxi. As a world traveller I would rate this as poor if I could. It ruined the beautiful room and food experience

Room view was spectacular. Staff front desk Ito and Shino above beyond serviceโ€ฆboth also understood English language. The Yokohama Bay TOKYU great accommodation and perfect location, itโ€™s near to shopping and restaurants.

Excellent service from friendly and capable staff. Great views from the higher level Bay View rooms, clean and bathrooms with all one expects. Also a good size room that leaves room to relax.

Phenomenal service! I have stayed at many many fine hotels throughout Japan for decades. This was my first trip to Yokohama and the staff in this wonderful hotel just made it wonderful beyond my expectations
