Enjoy modern amenities during your stay including cable TV and complimentary internet access! This home also offers boogie boards for use at the beach. Located in a great spot right near the beach, you'll be just a short walk away from getting your toes in the sand. You'll also find both golfing and playgrounds nearby. Just a half-mile from this rental, check out the local shops and restaurants including the Cape Neddick Lobster Pound Harborside Restaurant. You won't want to miss out on all the amazing seafood while vacationing here! The home is just north of Cape Neddick, and three and a half miles from the center of downtown York. Walk half a mile south (only eight minutes on foot) to sunbathe and swim at Short Sands Beach, stroll one and a half miles south to check out the surf at Long Sands Beach, and head two miles southeast to admire the iconic Nubble Light at the tip of Cape Neddick. Traveling with kids? Be sure to take them to the nearby York Animal Kingdom for rides and zoo animals!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
