Sit back and relax in this renovated year-round home in the heart of York Harbor. Listen to the surf and smell the salt air. Take a short walk to York Harbor Beach or Cliff Walk. Long Sands Beach is a 2 minute drive. After a day at the beach or exploring the Seacoast area, unwind on the 3-season porch with a beverage, or lounge in the spacious yard while dinner cooks on the grill. This is the ideal spot for your laid back, relaxing coastal Maine getaway.

This home is located in a beautiful, quiet residential York Harbor neighborhood.
The upstairs features:
* Full, well stocked kitchen
* Open dining and living area with lots of natural light
* Full bath with washer/dryer
* 55-inch TV with cable
* Primary bedroom with king size bed
* Second bedroom with two twin beds
* Cheerful and airy three-season porch that's the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, curl up with a book or indulge in an afternoon nap.

The first floor features:
* Bedroom with queen size bed and walk-in closet
* Full bath
* Open living area with games, puzzles and books
* 50-inch TV with cable
* Dedicated work space with a desk

The two separate living areas make this the ideal home for families, a multiple couple's vacation or a friends getaway.

Please note, the home has a reverse floor plan with main living areas on the second floor, so all members of your rental party should be able to comfortably climb up and down stairs.

Guest access:
There is a beautifully landscaped backyard with fire pit, picnic table, Adirondack chairs and BBQ grill. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and lawn games at the house for guest use. Parking is available for 4 cars. Under the porch is plenty of storage space for toys and gear and a place to rinse off sand at the end of the day.

Other things to note:
The home features central heating and cooling. The drive-under garage is not available for vehicle storage.

Very clean. Great beds. Fire pit added a lot to the evenings. Owner had great manuals with info and places to see and eat. Very helpful. Quick walk to beach but passage would not work for strollers or wagons.

Great location. Description of the property and house is very accurate. Host is very responsive and detailed with instructions for using all the amenities of the house. Easy access in and out plenty of parking. The house was pristine when we arrived. We had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, laundry. Would definitely stay again!

Maine Perfection
We just finished our stay at Callie’s property and could not be happier. From the moment we walked in we knew we had found the place we’d been looking for in York Harbor for years! The location is awesome — walkable to the beach (even with a stroller!) and cliff walk accessible with plenty of parking in a beautiful, quiet, friendly neighborhood. The house is spotless and well equipped with everything you need and more. Callie is a truly lovely host and we can not wait for next year!

Nice stay
House is in a very nice neighborhood. Great for morning walks. Short walk to the small park and York Harbor beach. (FYI, a little far if you have a lot of gear to carry, and limited up-close parking.) Callie was very nice and super responsive. We had an issue with the upstairs tv not connecting to the internet, but discovered that unplugging it and plugging it back in did the trick (in case anyone else has that issue). Starter supply of paper and kitchen products. We needed to buy toilet paper and paper towels/baggies/wrap for the kitchen. Bring dryer sheets, laundry stain remover, if you use them. One set of bath towels per person, 4 beach chairs and small umbrella provided. No beach towels. Air conditioning was very comfortable. I found the king bed to be much too soft- perhaps due to the bed frame rather than the mattress alone. It felt like a memory foam type mattress. Had a metal bed frame with wire bars for support, rather than flat slats needed to support the mattress from sagging. (I’m 5’5”, not overweight.) Twin beds felt extremely firm, perhaps from less frequent use by smaller guests. We played musical beds, and the 3 of us were not entirely comfortable. But I noticed that other reviewers found the beds to be comfortable, so maybe note all the reviews if you have a bad back. Overall, very nice and would recommend if you don’t need to be walking distance to Long or Short Sands beaches, and don’t mind purchasing some necessities and bringing towels.

Comfortable Inside and Out
This York Harbor home was exactly as pictured - comfortable, clean, and efficient. The outdoors were a highlight - views from the big windows, playing in the yard, evenings by the firepit, and mornings on the porch. The dimmers, soft-close toilets, user-friendly shades, and USB outlets were nice details. We appreciated the beach gear, too! Nearby restaurants and beaches were fun. The quite neighborhood was a great place to stroll and wind down after adventures. Callie was responsive. We will keep this home at the top of our list for future visits.

Perfect spot!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this quiet and cute home! It had everything we needed, easy check in and check out and the owners were very responsive. Had a little trouble with the WiFi not working when we first arrived, but they were on it and got it resolved right away. The location is perfect - quiet and tucked away from the crowds, but just a short drive or walk away from all the good beaches, restaurants and essentials. So glad we found it!

Maine stay
This was our first experience with Vrbo/ Airbnb. We weren’t sure what to expect. We were blown away how incredible the home we stayed in at Maine was. The home was beautiful and it was well-kept. We were not sure what to bring since we never did this before. We were surprise with the things included in the kitchen. And other areas. The home had 2 floors that was great since we had two others families staying with us for our sons wedding. The area is beautiful. Luv Maine

Great area for a wedding
We were in town for a family wedding. This house was a lovely home to have some of our family members stop by to get together. The large square table in the eating area was perfect for a shared meal and memories. The closeness to the ocean and the cliff walk made for great pictures
