Room cleaned everyday, towels renewed even when put them out. Carpets along corridor from lifts not cleaned daily as we noticed the build up over the 4 days Friendly staff, breakfast service/top up and table cleaning great. Only issue they turn off coffee machine exactly at 10am

Excellent location and the recommended carpark was easy to find. Very good and comfortable room, exceptionally clean. Very good lighting. Welcoming and helpful member of staff especially when advising about where to go for dinner. Breakfast was satisfactory but the ‘hot’ food was cold. Fried eggs would be nice, powdery scrambled egg was disappointing.

Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Room was clean and modern. Shower was not very powerful and loose on the wall. Water overflowed onto bathroom floor. Breakfast was of a very low standard in quality and taste. The sausage is the worst i have ever had.

Ideally located within easy walk of the city centre and Barbican centre. Plenty of places to eat in the locality. Room is spacious,bathroom had decent shower and all was clean. Breakfast is self service with a good variety of food. Would stay again which is always the measure.

Checking in staff were friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage before our room was ready. The twin room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Overall the staff were very friendly and welcoming, will definitely be stay again.
