Find another hotel.

Elevators are out of order! No offer to get your luggage to the 3rd floor. Notice stated the pool will be closed towards the end of the month indefinitely as it requires work. Noise coming from the hallway and music all through the night. Sounded like running above us however we were the top floor?Overall I would never stay there again.

Nice stay.

The room was great and comfortable. The elevator was not working but the hotel let us know so we could make changes if we couldn't do the stairs with our luggage which we did take advantage of. The lobby furniture was showing bad wear and tear so didnt make a great first impression. The room and staff did make up for it.

The beds and bathroom were clean but the walls and carpets were completely beaten up and stained - easily one of the worst rooms I have stayed in. This is not a hotel that has been taken care of at all. We did not feel comfortable during our short stay. The walls were also paper thin, we could hear our neighbours crystal clear when they were just talking in their room and the hallways were noisy as well. The front desk staff were really welcoming and pleasant, but neglected to inform us at check in that we should not drink the tap water due to a water main repair project happening on their side of the city. There was just sheet of paper left in the room, that could easily be missed, which warned us that the tap water was unsafe to drink. We had to pick up bottles of water to keep on hand throughout our stay. Would not recommend.

Disrepair & bad area

It was bad. Floors and elevator looked like they had never been cleaned. The walls in the rooms were damaged and stained. I actually don’t know how walls can get like that. The bed and sheets were thankfully clean. The entire hotel needs maintenance, and is in a rough area. Casino is right next door, so there were all sorts of characters out at night. Parking lot had a bunch of beat up vehicles, and we witnessed someone be arrested in the parking lot one evening. I will not be staying here again

Room rating

When we arrived at 4:30 construction going on , on the street below. wall was vibrating. this lasted until around 7:00 . my husband asked if the hotel was full, thinking maybe that is why we were given a room at the very end of the hallway facing the back. The gal at the front she seemed not to understand. Also there is lots of black mold and a ring around the tub, like it was not cleaned.
