(A206) Loft Condominiums
On the main level you have a living room, with a fully equipped kitchenette, that has a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dish-ware, cookware, and silverware provided. Our loft units also offer dvd player, with a free videotape library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques. Sleeps 4-6. Please be advised: sofa beds are only acceptable for small children, not for adults, as they are uncomfortable for adults, so we will not guarantee a good night's rest on them.
Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48 unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.
Unit is clean & roomy, has the essential kitchen gear for basic meals. The small dishwasher is a nice plus. Recent upgrade to their internet service provided fine service (for calls, web browsing). Beds are comfortable. Electric grill on the deck was easy to use & has smart fire prevention features.

They forgot to send confirmation and instructions...i got them at about 8pm the day of... I didn't realize it but i needed the confirmation information printed out in advance so that I could actually enter the park. Instead I had to buy a camping pass just to enter since this is the only ticket I could get. I didnt have internet access to download the specific information to contact them until after I was in the park and that is when they finally sent confirmation. The confirmation had a different address that took me to their office instead of the unit I was staying in. They got a guy there to take to me to the unit. He seemed pretty impatient with the situation and acted as if we had inconvenienced him. In summary, great location, awful communication.
