The room was cold the heater was blowing out cold air, the shower looked not to clean, i was a little anxious staying there. This was my first time staying as an out of towner. The reps did not really talk to much and was much help. Probably will not be staying there again

Travelocity over booked this hotel and instead of 2 queens we got one king, no price change and very inconvenient for us. Will not book through Travelocity again

Horrible experience ! No continental breakfast as advertised.. Poor maid service..no towels replaced. Dirty ..paper thin walls . ☹️☹️☹️

My husband and I have been staying at this location for the past 3 weeks. I haven't had time to do any reviews until now. Every visit I've had to clean the shower/tub out from previous hair. This visit i had to clean the shower/tub. Our bed sheets had cigarette burns. The refrigerator didn't have a knob on it to adjust the temperature so all of pur beverages were frozen this morning. We stay there because the rates are good and the last minute availability has really helped us with my mother being ill.

The room was dirt my room keys where never working right we got stuck in a elevator that the emergency phone was not working and the emergency stop either I called the front desk from my cell phone and they took there sweet time to help me an 1 hour later they finally opened the door
