The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The night time staff weren’t very friendly or professional in appearance. The TV was a nightmare! Every few minutes a ROKU sales advertisement would pop up on the screen. There were people cooking on a small grill behind the hotel and later were eating their food in the dining area. Not sure if they were staff or homeless but didn’t give us a good feeling. It looked like a homeless person sleeping in their car in the parking lot where we parked. Overall we’ll never stop there again.

Front door was locked manager came from where the rooms was then was given a key to someone else’s room after manager stated ICE came through earlier and got people went in the room tv still on bags and water bottles still there then went to the car walked past a room with tweakers then in the morning a man approached my girl and said hello then stood there asking if we needed help walking things to the car and he wasn’t a worker no worker was in the lobby at all for more then 10+ minutes

check in went fine...the gal at the front desk was pleasant enough. She gave us a room on the second floor - there is no elevator, FYI. When we attempted to get in to our room, out key wouldn't work. There was a loud barking dog in the room next to us. She was able to move rooms when I requested a different, quieter room. She put us on the third floor. The room itself was acceptable...nothing fancy but fairly clean. However, the walls are THIN and there was loud people in the hallway at midnight. A man was snoring loudly in the room next door. I would never stay in this hotel by myself. Won't choose this hotel in the future.

The counter person had a boyfriend with a pit breed dog in th lobby barking at other dogs and when we arrived they were giving tattoos in the lobby. They meaning homeless vagrants. The place was loud all night with slamming doors and homeless bikes and shopping carts out back. Broken cars barely drive able. Just gross. The tv didn’t work. It was a night mare

room was fine , but the bathroom was lacking . both I stayed , the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was out ! the soda machine was out of order ( bot times ) , the waffle maker was out of order too not too impressed!
