Shaded lounge areas provide comfortable places to relax throughout the day, while outdoor dining and seating invite leisurely meals surrounded by the desert landscape.



As evening settles over the valley, gather around the firepit, watch the mountains change color and enjoy the wide-open sky. The villa’s elevated setting offers memorable sunsets, peaceful evenings and spectacular stargazing.

The great room is bright, spacious and visually striking, with soaring ceilings and eight arched windows that frame the surrounding landscape. Natural light pours into the space throughout the day, highlighting the terracotta floors, warm materials and thoughtfully selected furnishings. Comfortable group seating makes the living area equally suited to slow mornings, relaxed afternoons and cozy evenings after exploring Joshua Tree.
