We usually stay at another place when we come to town but wanted to enjoy the indoor pool that is mentioned multiple times in the listing. There is no indoor pool, THAT WAS MENTIONED MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE LISTING. Only reason we stayed here. More than disappointing.

For a Hilton property, very disappointed. Room was clean but no coffee maker or microwave. Had a refrigerator but nothing else. An old property under a different hotel flag. Hilton painted etc yet it still looks tired. We arrived at dark, drove by it twice due to the fact there is no outdoor lighting. Not interested in staying here again

The main reason we booked the hotel was for the pool. The site claims a "seasonal outdoor pool" and an "indoor pool". There is no indoor pool - false advertising!

This was the second time in a row staying here where our room wasn’t ready. We got there at 4 and they told us we’d have to wait an extra 20 minutes for our room to be done. Meanwhile, everyone else checking in were able to walk right into their rooms. This made us late to the event we were going to because we couldn’t get ready. The front desk girl with glasses didn’t apologize or offer us another room. However, the cleaning lady outside our room apologized and she was very sweet. I should be reimbursed for the hour I wasn’t able to go into my room.

Bathroom was not clean, long black hairs stuck to shower walls. Air would not circulate only auto stuck at 72. Walls are paper thin. I was awakened at 5am by a loud guest that won't shut up!
