I requested a non smoking room and was placed next to a smoking room where the smoke came into my room. Also the pillows on the bed looked slept on and when I asked for more, they were full of cigarette smoke.

First of all there was dog hair under the bed it smelled like straight bleach when we went in the room then when that smell went away you could smell the odor or a dog, they should have a specific set of rooms for people with animals because i am a person who is allergic to pet hair. Also ai am handicapped and the toilets are so low like for an elementary school and it’s hard to get up and i believe i had chosen a handicap room non smoking i don’t think i will stay there again people stood outside the door talking in the middle of the night and due to the rain the door mats smelled like mildew when you walk bu

Unfortunately, this Motel 6 was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. If it wasn’t for such a late arrival I would have requested a refund and left. Room was dated, dirty, stained couch. Filthy floor. It was a terrible experience. Staff was apologetic but did not offer any resolutions.
