The shower had a constant drip. The bathroom floor was always wet. We had to keep putting lots of towels down. Because we almost fell several times.when checking in they were going to charge me an extra $100 for my service dog. Until I told them that illegal. I had to show him that it was illegal and he said they charge everyone with pets. After a while arguing with him. He said the system only charged me the hotel deposit and disregard what he said before. The pool was freezing the hot tub didn't even work. My kids were so sad. I will not stay here again.
