Welcome travellers to our unique apartment situated in a very charming town in the southern part of the island! The apartments feature all the comforts you need for short & long stays.

The apartment features a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen & a private balcony, providing the ideal space for relaxation or social gatherings. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms and also a sofa bed for an additional guests, taking up 7 people in total.

Includes modern amenities like WiFi & AC.

Living Area | Unwind and socialise in the welcoming living area, where you can kick back and enjoy quality time with loved ones. If an additional guest is needed, we can prepare the sofa bed with linens and towels.

Dining Area | The dining area is specifically designed for our guests to enjoy meals together or maybe to plan your next adventures. It can easily take up 6 guests. There is also a breakfast area with chairs in case you need extra space.

Private Balcony | The outdoor space includes a table and chairs where our guests can enjoy the Mediterranean breeze while taking in the surroundings of the place.

Kitchen | Fully equipped kitchen, including all utensils and appliances you need to fix a good meal.

Bedrooms | The apartment features 3 bedrooms, 1 of which include a double bed and an ensuite while the other two bedrooms feature 2 single beds. For over and above 6 guests, we can prepare the sofabed which is located in the living area.

Bathrooms | 2 full bathrooms, both feature a shower and a toilet. Additionally, one of the bathrooms is an ensuite, providing added convenience & privacy.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Easy access to main city centre, fishing market, supermarkets and bus stations to access Valletta and other main attractions no the island.

Public transport in Malta is used for all locations and you can check 'Malta Public Transport' website to check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver or on the official website.

We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views while heading the the capital city of Valletta. The closest Ferry from the apartment would be in Bormla which is around 8-10 drive away.

If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Zabbar and no advance reservation is required.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
