The villa features four bedrooms designed to ensure maximum comfort. Three spacious rooms are equipped with double beds, while the rooftop suite offers added luxury with a private bathroom and stunning views. The villa accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children, providing ample space for a family or a larger group of guests.



There is master room on a second floor with en-suite bathroom and terrace. It also contains a small fully equipped kitchenette and an additional toilet. There are 3 rooms on the first floor, one with en-suite bathroom. The spacious terrace with an incredible heated hydromassage pool of 26 m² and comfortable loungers invites you to relax and enjoy the peaceful Mediterranean ambiance. Equipped with an outdoor grill, the terrace is perfect for gatherings and enjoying the fresh air.



For guests’ convenience, the villa includes a garage and parking space for four cars.



Petrčane is a perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding area. The historic city of Zadar, just a few kilometers away, will captivate you with landmarks like the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun.
