Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the whole house barring the Pool Pump Room. Due to the chemicals stored we do not give access to this part of the house.

Good to Know:
📅 Pool Availability: Heated pool available April–June and October–December. Closed January–April. We need a weeks notice to heat the pool to 30 degrees. If you book last minute for example in Nov, we cannot heat the pool quickly enough.

❄️ Aircon - The house has two portable Air Con units that are in the double rooms. Due to the house being rural, the electricity supply does not enable us to have an aircon in every room.

📸 Security: The house has an alarm system monitored by Securitas. Cameras are only active when the alarm is set, and are disabled during guest stays.

📷 Photos: All imagery included shows genuine activities and locations within 30, 60, or 90 minutes from the property

🧴 Towels: Please bring your own beach towels for use on sun loungers and at the lake.

📑 Guest Registration: As required by Spanish law, passport details must be provided for all guest

Interaction with Guests:
We do not live in Spain so we interact via the booking channel.

We do have maintenance people and cleaners on hand should you need anything.
