Beautiful hotel and wonderful, friendly staff! Breakfast was included in my stay and it was incredible! It had everything and more. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Room was quiet, no noises from outside or from neighbors and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I, and our two children ages 6 & 9 spent 3 nights at Art’otel during our recent visit to Zagreb. The hotel had everything we could have needed. The staff was beyond friendly from the time of check-in, to check-out. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops & common sights to see! I would absolutely recommend staying at the Art’otel!

Absolutely amazing and 5 Star experience in Zagreb. Property clean and in fantastic shape. Pool and Spa over the top. Kids loved every aspect of it. Special thanks to the folks at the front desk and the gentlemen who operated the pool and spa. Will definitely be back.

Nice hotel and location, but we were just passing

The hotel was what you would expect from a Radisson. It was a bit high tech for some family members to get up to speed and when we all did we had to leave as we were just passing through. The kids enjoyed the heated basement pool. The restaurant was not kids friendly. The staff was always helpful and kept the rooms and premises clean. The 30euro a day car parking was expensive but parking in Zagreb is a nightmare.

Fully hooked on art'otels

We loved staying here so much that we changed our reservation for our return trip to Zagreb so that we could stay at this hotel. We particularly loved the steam sauna and pool which was a really nice treat before and after a long day of flying. The staff was so friendly - truly delightful. We are now hooked on art'otels and will be looking for them wherever we travel from now on.

The central location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the vibrant farmers market, charming shops, and endless restaurants. It made exploring the city on foot effortless and fun. The hotel itself is ultra-modern, stylish, and freshly renovated—a perfect blend of comfort and aesthetics. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. After long days of walking and sightseeing, the indoor pool and sauna were an absolute blissful retreat. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge. Highly disappointed

I booked through hotels.com and the dates I booked needed to be changed. Hotels.com they assured me that the reservation was updated and not to worry. When I reviewed this prior to my trip, I didn’t receive a message back and parts of the conversation were deleted. I again was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. I got to the hotel and it was a problem. They charged me for the extra day that I was assured I wasn’t going to pay for months prior. I contacted hotels.com and they contacted the hotel and now the hotel refuses to give me a credit, conversations were deleted and I’m out hundreds. The staff is nice but will talk about you. They thought I didn’t know the language but I did. The hotel is very beautiful and high end but I’d never recommend staying here due to this situation and lack of concern when a problem arises.
