Very helpful staff. Room was good, internet WiFi connection was slow. Breakfast was crowded and many items were not restocked in a timely way. Parking was convenient.

Excellent breakfasts, spacious room, well located.

Excellent breakfast! Comfortable room, spacious enough for 3 adults. Staff very nice and went out of their way to be helpful. Enjoyed the Turkish bakery nearby several times. Amazing baklava!! Short walk to the main square passing restaurants and shops.

Great Hotel in a Great Location

Large room for family of 3 adults. Large room safe. 3 chairs for sitting plus sofa bed. Incredible breakfast!! Clean and elegant. Easy walk to the central square and tons of restaurants. Staff very helpful and accommodating. We will be back (in a week) and very happy to do so.

Front desk, not even a smile , all of them, so get used to it while staying there. Don’t take it personal. They didn’t notify me when the room is ready to check in, even though I asked them to do so because I arrived early, two other guests checked in before the check in time listed on their hotel policy. The safe in the room is literally 1 inch above the ground, I mean who will bend that far, not for my age. The curtain is dirty. The view is a dumpster view, not city view, look at room # ??? Fifth floor, and you will know what I mean. I suggest they close the window or at least disclose to customers, be honest, you can still make money and be honest at the same time.

Affordable with great breakfast

Overall, this is a pleasing hotel. The breakfast is excellent but the restaurant offerings are expensive without many choices. The location in lower town is fine if you want close access to the train but most of the action and sights are in upper town. There are also very few restaurants in this area. The classic king room was tight but the bathroom was spacious with plush towels. We walked to upper town and back fairly easily (20 minutes each way).

The breakfast buffet was very good. The location was great. The room was so quiet and nice. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom was great. The AC was good and the temperature was easily controlled.

This is an high end property. Delicious breakfast, very helpful staff. Coffee maker in room, safe for valuables in room, updated and clean room. It was perfect I have no complaints at all.
