Hôtel splendide, récent, bien insonorisé, près des gares de train et d’autobus ainsi que du centre ville touristique.

Eau chaude non disponible dans tout l’hôtel et bien que connu à la réception, nous n’avons été avisé qu’après tout l’enregistrement et la prise de dépôt. Nous avons été obligé de nous relocalisé nous même, sans aucune aide du oersonnel

The hotel was very nice. The family room we got was very spacious, and actually consisted of two connected double rooms. The restaurant served good food, and breakfast was top notch. They had no real room service, but you could order from the restaurant and pick up the food. Once, we even had food brought to our room because "it was too much for you to carry", which was a really nice gestures. The people at the reception were great, always willing to help. The only downside, and this is valid for pretty much the whole of Croatia, is that there were many maskless guests walking around and taking the elevators. If you worry about COVID-19, you might want to reconsider your plans to visit Croatia.
