The property is slightly dated, but very convenient, and classic. Once inside, you'll notice the glamour, classic decor, and meet the super friendly staff. Ivan at the restaurant and bar, went beyond to treat us well. He made sure the chef was able to create us a delicious vegetarian meal, even the options on the menu were limited. He gifted us with their exclusive red wine for us to take home.

Very nice hotel but not 5 Stars

This is a very nice hotel. The room was excellent and the standard of fixtures and fittings were excellent. However, I would not rated as a five star more closer to a four star. Upon arrival we pulled up in front of the door and there was nobody to greet us or help us with bags however the Young man at reception was extremely helpful and very polite but as a five star it requires additional staff to support guests upon arrival. The breakfast was mediocre and once again the server was very polite and nice, but the options for food was limited as a five star, as a four star it would be fine.Upon departure we had paid for valet parking and our car was parked out the front however this time there was two members of staff behind the front desk and when we got up to leave neither of the staff provided any assistance to helping with the bags and opening the doors even though I made a purposeful struggle with the door, it did not attract their attention which would indicate a lack of training upon staff and a requirement to understand what five star service means.

When I realized that I could hear loud noise from the street every time the electric trolleybus passed by, I requested a room change. The staff kindly moved me to a different room the next day, and I truly appreciate their effort to make it happen.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming! They graciously upgraded us to a bigger room. Location is great - plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and just a ten minute stroll to old town. Bed was super comfy and the room was spotless.

A beautiful friendly and comfortable hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was excellent and the room was very spacius and comfortable. The hotel is very elegant. We will we could have stayed much longer.
