Stunning home in Zagvozd

In the idyllic hinterland of central Dalmatia, lies this beautiful and comfortably furnished vacation home. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with living room and a bathroom. Via an interior staircase you reach the second floor with three bedrooms and a bathroom (roof slope to 130 cm). In the basement there is another bedroom. The house has an outdoor pool with a beautiful view of the Biokovo Nature Park, a children's playground and content for an active vacation. Behind the house there is a beautiful terrace and barbecue where you can prepare your favorite dishes. Beautiful pebble beaches can be found in Brela and Baska Voda. In the separate building is the outdoor kitchen with bathroom.

Beautiful location, beautiful house, but needs some attention!

Croatia is a nice country and the house is on a beautiful location. It is very quiet, no direct neighbors, but a lot of insects around and sometimes also in the house. Think of (large) spiders, sometimes snakes, many spider centipedes, grasshoppers, walking sticks, we really saw everything. Outside also a lot of wasps and mosquitoes. Of course it is normal, because the house is surrounded by forests. What is a pity is that you really need your car for everything, you can't walk anywhere. A nice beach, good restaurants or good supermarket is at least half an hour to three quarters drive. There is a good restaurant 5 minutes away "Konoba 5ar" where we have eaten regularly. Our biggest negatives of the holiday were the facilities in the house. It was said in advance that every bedroom had air conditioning, we even specifically asked Novasol about this, but upon arrival this turned out not to be the case. There is no air conditioning in any bedroom, there is an air conditioning unit in the hall upstairs + 2 extra units in the living room, but these have to cool the entire house, including the bedrooms. Even with the air conditioning on and the bedroom doors open, it was quite hot in the bedrooms. Then there is an extra bedroom in the basement. There was an air conditioner, but the lady who showed us the house did not want to give the remote to us. So I had to contact the owner of the house to arrange this. Furthermore, the basement is very humid, it does not smell fresh and t
