It is located in Tsilivi area just a five minutes’ drive from the centre of Zakynthos town, fifteen minutes’ walk from the sandy beach of Tsilivi. The property is the perfect setting for a Mediterranean unforgettable holiday. The villa is carefully designed to offer privacy and supreme comfort for families, friends or couples. The kitchen has direct access to the private pool where you can relax surrounded by nature and soak up the warm Greek sun. There is a sofa, which can also accommodate one person.

The sleeping area is on the first floor. It has two bedrooms (double bed-single beds) each with an ensuite bathroom. Each room has direct access to a private scenic veranda overlooking the garden with a view to the pool. Villas can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Private heated swimming pool (34 sqm) including sun beds, umbrellas and sitting areas. The outside pergola is the perfect place for reading or dining. Also there is a private parking space. Make your evenings colourful with garden BBQ.

Perfect stay
Stunning new property on an exclusive development. Design and decor amazing. Super clean with cleaners and pool guy coming every day. Hosts couldn’t do enough so friendly and helpful. Location fantastic within 2 mins of restaurants and shops but not noisy or too busy. Airport a short taxi ride away. Fantastic accommodation, highly recommended

Perfect stay in tsivili
The property was exactly as described, but on arrival looked even better than the photos.
We were greeted by Tasos and Vicki on arrival and waiting for us was a basket of essentials to get started. The attention to detail is absolutely first class from everyday pool and patio cleaning to daily changes of towels and bedding changes every two days. The maid service is unobtrusive and exceptional. Tasos can arrange taxis boats etc. His taxi contact must be the safest driver on the island.
It is impossible to find fault with the accommodation thank you so much Tasos, Vicki and your staff.

Our stay was amazing, the villa was just perfect for me and my family. The hosts were the loveliest people i have ever met, tasos and vicky were so kind and helpful, vicky gave our children some presents and it was so nice to see the pleasure on our girls faces. Would highly recommend a stay here. Luxury at its best

Vicky and Tasos were great hosts and we were made to feel very welcome. The place was so lovely and was great for our stay with our 8 year old daughter. Tsilivi and Planos are only a short walk away. We cannot recommend it enough.

Wunderbar.....
Wir wurden herzlich mit einer Flasche gekühltem Weißwein von Tasos und Vicky im Aguacate Meliti empfangen.
Das Haus mit Pool - ein Traum, der keine Wünsche offen lässt!!!
Der Reinigungsdienst ( welchen wir nur jeden 2. Tag in Anspruch genommen haben ) und der Poolservice waren hervorragend.
Vielen Dank nochmals an Tasos und Vicky, die uns frischen Fisch besorgt haben und uns bei der Anmietung eines Bootes behilflich waren ( Blue shore- war top ) und für alle Fragen immer jederzeit zur Verfügung standen.
Es war Urlaub, wie bei Freunden!
